House Republicans have released a comprehensive 291-page report detailing their findings from the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.
The report, compiled by the House Oversight, Judiciary, and Ways and Means Committees, alleges that Biden engaged in “impeachable conduct” by “abusing his office” and “defrauding the United States to enrich his family.”
The report claims to have amassed significant evidence indicating that Biden was involved in a scheme to monetize his vice presidency for personal gain.

According to Republicans, Biden and his family received tens of millions of dollars from foreign entities, with the implication that these payments were intended to secure access to and influence with the Vice President.
The report alleges that since 2014, over $27 million was funneled to the Biden family from foreign individuals or organizations.
Further allegations state that the Biden family, leveraging Joe Biden’s position, secured more than $8 million in loans from Democratic benefactors.
The report criticizes the lack of documentation and repayment for these loans, claiming that paperwork supporting many of these transactions is missing.
The report asserts that Biden participated in the alleged conspiracy by engaging with foreign business partners, including attending dinners and communicating with them through his son Hunter Biden.
One example highlighted is a 2014 dinner with Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina, which reportedly led to Baturina wiring $3.5 million to Hunter Biden’s firm, Rosemont Seneca Thornton. The report also cites other meetings involving Hunter Biden’s associates, including Jonathan Li from BHR in China and Ye Jianming of CEFC.
“Based on the totality of evidence, it is inconceivable that President Biden did not understand that he was taking part in an effort to enrich his family by abusing his office of public trust,” the report states.
The report alleges that the Biden family engaged in efforts to conceal their financial dealings through complex transactions and intermediaries. It accuses Hunter Biden and his associates of using Joe Biden’s position to secure favorable outcomes in business dealings and legal matters in countries such as Romania, China, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.
Additionally, the report accuses Biden of mishandling classified information while serving as Vice President. It claims that Biden removed sensitive documents from the White House without authorization.
Special Counsel Robert Hur investigated these claims but did not recommend charges, describing Biden as a “sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.”
The report also addresses allegations from IRS whistleblowers who claimed that the Justice Department allowed the statute of limitations to expire on Hunter Biden’s alleged tax crimes.
The report suggests that the Justice Department’s actions might constitute a basis for impeachment, citing a potential parallel to the impeachment of President Nixon in 1974.
In their findings, Republicans argue that Biden’s conduct, involving the use of his office for family enrichment, is a serious breach of public trust. They assert that his actions reflect a pattern of influence peddling, with the Biden family benefiting from his position.
The report concludes by underscoring the gravity of the findings and asserting that impeachment is the appropriate remedy for what they describe as Biden’s flagrant abuse of office.
The inquiry was initiated in mid-2023 and formalized by the House of Representatives in December 2023. This report comes as Biden faces internal pressure within the Democratic Party, particularly following his suspension of the re-election campaign.
House Republicans previously sent criminal referrals to the Justice Department in June 2024, recommending charges against Hunter Biden and James Biden, the President’s brother, for making false statements to Congress.
Hunter Biden has already been convicted on federal gun charges, and his federal tax trial is scheduled to begin in September.
