Illegal Alien Attacks And Robs Alvin Bragg’s Assistant In Manhattan, Alleged Gang Ties [WATCH]
A prosecutor working in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office was attacked and robbed inside her apartment building early Sunday morning, allegedly by a Venezuelan migrant linked to the notorious Tren de Aragua gang, according to police reports.
The New York Police Department arrested 25-year-old Brandon Simosa, also known as Brandon Jesus Simoza Seijas, outside the Row Hotel migrant shelter in Midtown Manhattan on Tuesday.
Simosa was charged with sexually motivated robbery, grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property.

The attack took place at the assistant prosecutor’s apartment building on 44th Street.
According to police, the prosecutor confronted Simosa after finding him masturbating in the hallway of her building around 2 a.m.
Simosa allegedly attacked her and fled with her phone.
Law enforcement traced the stolen phone to the migrant shelter, leading to Simosa’s arrest.
Simosa entered the U.S. in October 2023 through Eagle Pass, Texas.
Federal records show he was initially detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) but was quickly released with a notice to appear before an immigration judge in New York City.
Despite being slated for deportation, federal authorities dismissed the case in February 2024 without explanation.
Since arriving in New York City, Simosa has amassed a lengthy criminal record, including arrests for assault, grand larceny, robbery, retail theft, and transit-related incidents.
Several cases remain unresolved, including charges for a robbery at a Flushing supermarket in June, a grand larceny arrest at a Macy’s store in August, and an incident at a Times Square CVS in November.
Simosa’s listed address was a taxpayer-funded migrant shelter in Queens, but police are still investigating his recent whereabouts and living arrangements.

The attack has drawn attention to the policies of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a Democrat whose office has faced significant criticism for its handling of criminal cases.
Bragg, known for his progressive approach to prosecution, has been accused of prioritizing political cases over public safety.
Bragg recently attempted to prosecute President-elect Donald Trump on charges related to business records, a move that Trump described as a politically motivated “witch hunt.”
The former president has called for the immediate dismissal of charges brought by Bragg’s office.
Bragg has also been criticized for charging Marine veteran Daniel Penny in the death of Jordan Neely, a homeless man who reportedly threatened subway passengers.
Many have hailed Penny as a hero for stepping in to protect others, while Bragg’s decision to prosecute him has been met with public backlash.
The attack on Bragg’s employee has added to growing concerns about crime and the impact of federal immigration policies.
Critics argue that the rapid release of migrants like Simosa, coupled with lax enforcement of existing laws, creates an unsafe environment for New Yorkers.
Simosa’s ability to remain in the city despite a deportation order and multiple arrests has raised questions about accountability within the justice system.
The case is ongoing, and the prosecutor involved in the attack has not been publicly identified.
Simosa remains in custody as police continue to investigate his activities and potential connections to organized crime.
