“I was struggling to get a bicycle up the stairs,” Kasparian began. “This man stops me, his name is Jeff, and says, ‘Let me help you out with that.’” That small gesture marked the beginning of a surprising friendship.

“Jeff and I became very close. He was my favorite person in the entire building,” she continued. Their bond grew over time, but the political twist came during a neighborhood HOA meeting. Kasparian shared, “One of the people living in the building said something negative about Trump. Jeff leaned over and whispered to me, ‘If she’s going to start trashing Trump, I’m out of here.’”

Initially taken aback, Kasparian admitted that she had developed a friendship with Jeff before learning about his political leanings. “I got to know Jeff as an incredibly kind guy who helps everyone in this building with anything they might need,” she said.
