Adam Carolla Says Wildfires and ‘9 Angry Lesbians’ Will Red-Pill Victims [WATCH]

Comedian and podcaster Adam Carolla offered a sharp critique of California’s bureaucratic hurdles and overregulation during a discussion about wealthy homeowners attempting to rebuild homes lost in recent fires.

Using examples of high-profile figures and regulatory nightmares, Carolla argued that progressive voters in affluent areas like Malibu and Santa Monica might soon reconsider their political loyalties.

Carolla pointed out the significant challenges homeowners face when attempting to rebuild in areas governed by strict regulations and the Coastal Commission.

He highlighted the disparity in recovery timelines between wealthy homeowners and those with fewer assets.

“The guys who lost their $20 million homes on the ocean side of PCH will be knee-deep in the permit process,” Carolla said.

“They will be trying to pull permits when the guys in the Winnebagos will have been back for months, months before those guys ever get a permit, as a matter of fact, good f**king luck.”

He cited notable examples of celebrities who faced similar obstacles, including Alan Hamilton and Suzanne Somers.

“They could not get a permit to rebuild their home of 40 years on the ocean on PCH, right?” Carolla remarked.

Using Bill Maher’s experience with installing solar panels as an example, Carolla described how the excessive red tape had frustrated even progressive figures.

“Bill Maher seems real conservative now… because he saw what the government and the overreach of government and overregulation does. It took him three years to build a solar shack,” Carolla explained.

Carolla emphasized the political implications of these frustrations, predicting a shift among traditionally progressive voters in areas like Malibu, Santa Monica, and the Palisades.

These communities, he noted, overwhelmingly support Democratic candidates, but that loyalty may waver when residents encounter firsthand the effects of the policies they voted for.

“The people who live in Malibu, who live in Santa Monica, who live in the Palisades… are a bastion of blue,” Carolla stated. “Now these pu**ies are all sitting around crying about Karen Bass water pressure… You guys all voted for Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles. You all voted for Gavin Newsom, and now you f**king get what you get.”

Carolla predicted that wealthy homeowners will face years of delays and insurmountable regulatory hurdles as they attempt to rebuild.

He described interactions with the Coastal Commission as particularly challenging.

“All these people who were deep blue Democrats are now going to have to pull a permit to rebuild, and they’re going to get the 28-year-old b*tch from the Coastal Commission telling them to go f**k off,” he said. “And then they’re gonna vote for Trump or whoever’s Trumpian next.”

Carolla explained that the Coastal Commission’s mission to “protect the coast” often translates to preventing rebuilding altogether.

He noted, “I don’t think the Coastal Commission is going to okay anyone rebuilding any of their houses on the coast, because they’re in the business of getting you to leave.”

Carolla also referenced the extensive and costly requirements imposed on homeowners, such as Carson Daly’s need to construct a double-hulled swimming pool to meet environmental standards. “That’s all right. It’ll just cost 500 grand for a swimming pool like that,” Carolla said.

Predicting frustration among voters facing red tape and bureaucracy, Carolla concluded, “They’re going to get bit by their own snake. They’re going to convert… These are the bluest people on the planet, and they’re going to be f**king rip-sh*t pissed.”

“…we can’t have nine angry lesbians controlling everything that goes on in Malibu, the Palisades, and Santa Monica.”
