Verdict: False

The video is from 2023, not 2025.

Fact Check:

The Trump administration has emphasized immigration law enforcement in its first days back in control of the federal government, according to NBC News. (RELATED: Facebook Video Purporting To Show Robot Cutting Elon Musk’s Hair Is AI-Generated)

Social media users are claiming to show migrants forcing themselves past police in 2025. One user wrote, “These folks breakin down barriers to get into the US are in for a rude awakening…Tom Homan ain’t playin around.”

This claim is misleading. Through a reverse image search, Check Your Fact found that the video is from 2023, not 2025. It shows Venezuelan illegal immigrants forcing their way onto the international bridge between Ciudad Juarez and El Paso.

“Crisis on the US border: Hundreds of Venezuelan migrants forcibly entered through an international bridge between Ciudad Juarez and El Paso, Texas (Video),” reads the tweet.

Tom Homan, the Trump administration’s border czar, said that 308 illegal migrants were arrested during President Donald Trump’s first day in office, according to the New York Post.
