From the moment Trump took office on Jan. 20, the president has signed a flurry of presidential executive orders and continuously broken news when talking to reporters. So much so that some of his notable actions have fallen by the wayside.
From more Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) news to redecorating the Oval Office, there are several “Easter eggs” the president has gifted Americans in his first month.
As Elon Musk’s team at DOGE inspects every federal agency for needless government spending, federal employees told CNN that they were asked to “justify their existence” as they determine who is necessary to keep on.
“My colleagues are getting 15-minute one-on-one check-ins with 19, 20, 21-year-old college graduates asking to justify their existence,” one person at a recent northern Virginia town hall stated, according to CNN.
“We got word that supervisors must now fill out a justification form and that there’s going to be just a 30% rank and yank with all staff of our agency,” the federal employee added.

In another act of purging the federal government of any wokeness, ABC News reported that multiple agencies were instructed to take pronouns out of their email signatures after Trump signed an executive order ending diversity and equity programs.
“Pronouns and any other information not permitted in the policy must be removed from CDC/ATSDR employee signatures by 5.p.m. ET on Friday,” a message sent to CDC staffers read, according to ABC News.
Similar emails and directives were also sent out to the Department of Transportation, Department of Energy and the Office of Personnel Management, ABC News reported.
At the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, they seem to have deleted left-wing content from their website after President Donald Trump began his takeover of the board.
After the president purged the board of the Kennedy Center and pledged to root out the woke agenda, the website appeared to be scrubbed of promotional content and write-ups in a swift attempt to remove the most egregious left-wing content, the Daily Caller previously reported.

I was briefed today by the CFO of the Kennedy Center on its financial situation.
She told me there is ZERO cash on hand. And ZERO in reserves. And the deferred maintenance is a crisis.
For the past months they’ve been digging into the DEBT RESERVES.
We must fix this great…

Many of the president’s “Easter Eggs” came from within in the White House. At the first White House press briefing, press secretary Karoline Leavitt announced that seats within the room typically reserved for staff would instead go to “new media.” The “new media” outlets, who don’t have a seat in the White House briefing room, can apply to the press office for the opportunity to sit in the seat and be the first question of the briefing. Trump also made several renovations to the Oval Office upon his return. Trump restored a bust of Winston Churchill, which had been removed by former President Joe Biden and replaced with a bust of Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks and César Chávez.
The president also brought in a portrait of Andrew Jackson, similar to one he had hanging in the Oval Office in his first term. Trump also added back the flags for each service branch, which Biden did not feature in his Oval Office.

And of course, Trump reinstated his valet button that, when pressed, signals White House staff to bring him a Diet Coke.
“We were just mid-conversation, with Senator Thune and Speaker Johnson, and [Trump] has this beautiful ornate wooden box on his desk with a red button. Suddenly, he presses it and kind of just looks over at me,” Vice President JD Vance said in an interview with Fox News.
“Then I’m like ‘Sir? Is that the … did something bad just happen?’” And he’s like ‘No, I just ordered a Diet Coke’. It’s a Diet Coke red button, and it comes running in,” Vance added.
