During his address to Congress, President Donald Trump underscored the urgent need to secure America’s borders, stating that protecting the nation’s children and citizens must be a top priority.
He criticized the immigration policies of the previous administration, blaming Joe Biden for allowing millions of illegal immigrants—including criminals—to enter the country.
“But if we truly care about protecting America’s children, no step is more crucial than securing America’s borders,” Trump said, emphasizing the dangers posed by unchecked illegal immigration.

Trump cited staggering figures, stating that 21 million people had entered the United States over the past four years under Biden’s leadership. Among them, he warned, were dangerous criminals.
“Over the past four years, 21 million people poured into the United States, many of them were murderers, human traffickers,” Trump said, while pointing at the Democrats in attendance.
“Gang members and other criminals from the streets of dangerous cities all throughout the world because of Joe Biden’s insane and very dangerous open border policies.”
The president made it clear that his administration is taking swift action to reverse the damage. He assured lawmakers and the American people that steps were already being taken to remove those who pose a threat to national security.
“They are now strongly embedded in our country,” Trump said. “But we are getting them out and getting them out fast.”

The issue of border security has been a key focus of Trump’s presidency, with his administration taking a hardline stance on illegal immigration.
Since returning to office, Trump has prioritized enforcement measures, including reinstating deportation policies and tightening security at the southern border.
Trump’s remarks come as immigration remains a major concern for many Americans, with reports of rising crime linked to illegal immigration and record-high border crossings under the previous administration.
His address sent a clear message that securing the border remains a top priority and that those who entered illegally will not be allowed to remain.
As the administration continues to implement new policies, Trump reaffirmed his commitment to restoring law and order, ensuring that criminals who entered under Biden’s policies are swiftly removed from the country.
