Hunter Biden’s Former Business Partner Spills the Beans on What Was Really Going On [WATCH]

In his first interview since receiving a pardon from President Donald Trump last month, Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer confirmed that the younger Biden regularly involved his father in discussions with foreign business partners and used the “Biden” name to secure international deals.

Archer spoke Monday on Just the News, No Noise and provided additional details consistent with his testimony during the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.

Archer told congressional investigators that he personally witnessed Hunter Biden introduce his father—either in person or via phone—to foreign business partners while they were seeking business opportunities.

“I mean, there’s absolutely no doubt in my mind” that Hunter Biden discussed his clients with his father and other government officials, Archer told Just the News.

Archer previously testified before House investigators that these introductions involved several high-profile foreign figures, including Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina, Ukrainian Burisma executive Vadim Pozharskyi, Chinese businessman Jonathan Li of Bohai Capital, and Kazakhstani oligarch Kenes Rakishev.

The meetings or phone introductions often occurred during or around the time the involved companies were negotiating or securing business deals.

One of the clearest examples, Archer said, was the pair’s work with Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

Archer and Hunter Biden both served on the board of the company beginning in 2014, during a time when Burisma was under pressure from corruption investigations.

Archer told Just the News the value Hunter brought to the company was access to the highest levels of the U.S. government.

“That was the role. The role was to, you know, pave a path for success of Burisma by having kind of a halo from the U.S.,” Archer said.

“And what Hunter was responsible for was garnering those signals. And it was effective.”

Archer described Hunter Biden as a “lobbyist” who used his family name and political connections to benefit the companies he worked with.

His testimony played a key role in the findings of the House impeachment inquiry, which concluded that then-Vice President Joe Biden had participated in what they described as “a conspiracy to monetize his office of public trust to enrich his family.”

Archer and Hunter Biden’s business relationship ended in 2016 after Archer was indicted in a $60 million fraud scheme related to tribal bonds issued by the Oglala Sioux Tribe.

Archer and other co-defendants were found to have misrepresented the investment use of the funds.

The Justice Department found that Archer and his associates used their positions at Burnham Asset Management to facilitate the scheme between 2014 and 2016.

Although Hunter Biden has distanced himself from Burnham, records show he served as the firm’s vice chairman.

An employment agreement signed by Biden and joint bank account records linked him to the bond transaction.

One impeachment witness who was also convicted in the case testified that Hunter had once discussed plans for his father to join the firm following his vice presidency.

Archer was later granted the opportunity for resentencing after a judge ruled his legal representation had failed to challenge an incorrect sentencing guideline.

Meanwhile, Archer noted that his former partner Hunter Biden faced no legal scrutiny related to Burnham or the tribal bond case.

“You know, in my mind, were they extra hard on him? I think there was a bigger spotlight,” Archer said.

“But if you look at what I went through, and what I went through with him… I spent 10 years fighting a legal case.”

He added, “I am not crying any crocodile tears for the way he was… treated in any respect after fighting for myself and my family, without having anyone in high political office, much less the president.”

Joe Biden pardoned his son in December 2024, stating Hunter had been “selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted.”

Hunter Biden was later convicted on federal gun charges and pleaded guilty to multiple tax-related offenses in Delaware.
