It’s a wonder that President Trump and his team haven’t been driven out of office by now.

He and they would have been if the Pravda Media had their way.

You got me beat 😂

Buried in the news that Trump and his team get almost nothing but negative coverage is the one ray of sunshine: about half the country just ignores the media and assumes, rightly, that they are a bunch of liars who make stuff up, blow glitches out of proportion, and spend their days searching for new ways to say that Bad Orange Man is evil and destroying the universe.

The Media Research Center performs the vital service of keeping track of what the media says, how they say it, and in doing so helps expose the media narrative for what it is: pure propaganda.

Unsurprisingly, the same people who assured us all that any videos of Joe Biden looking less than “sharp as a tack” were “cheap fakes” and that Kamala Harris was ‘brat” and the most exciting presidential candidate in human history, have now turned their attention to bashing Donald Trump and team.

For this report, Media Research Center analysts looked at all 899 stories on the Big Three evening newscasts that discussed President Trump or the Trump administration from January 20 through April 9, including weekends. Key findings:

■ The networks’ highly negative coverage of President Trump stands in stark contrast to the mostly (59%) positive coverage they provided Joe Biden four years ago.

■ While TV coverage of Trump’s last term was heavily focused on an array of personal controversies, this year’s coverage has mostly been about serious policy issues, led by tariffs (361 minutes), DOGE (310 minutes) and immigration (233 minutes).

■ The networks’ spin on Trump’s tariffs faced 93% negative coverage, while the DOGE cutbacks to government were greeted by 97% negative spin.

■ Even on immigration, the issue where the public gives the President his highest ratings, the networks’ spin was 93% negative. Out of nearly four hours (233 minutes) of evening news airtime devoted to immigration, these newscasts spent just 3.5 minutes letting viewers know just how much Trump has reduced border crossings.

■ Besides Trump himself, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. faced 89% negative press, DOGE’s Elon Musk was hit with 96% negative coverage, and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth received a unanimous 100% bad press from the networks.

If you sat down and had a conversation with a member of the news “media,” they would assure you that they report the truth without fear or favor. The closest they will come to admitting that their coverage of Biden was anything but perfect is to agree that they might have “missed” the story of his mental decline.

“Missed.” What are they, blind and deaf? They certainly are not dumb, in the sense of being unable to talk. They spent endless hours lying about everything during Biden’s administration.

If this sort of coverage were mere “bias” or “groupthink,” you would expect that there would be an imbalance between good and bad stories. But when the coverage goes 90%, 96%, or 100% one way, it is impossible to argue that this is anything but a campaign to bully the country through propaganda.

All right, you think DOGE is cutting with a meat axe and not a scalpel. But no coverage of the outrageous things DOGE has found, the reforms in process that will save taxpayers money? NOTHING good?

The coverage of this administration is absurd. Remember when Lee Zeldin blasted a New York Times reporter who claimed there is “no evidence” that there is waste, fraud, or abuse in government? I mean, come ON!

🔥Lee Zeldin confronted media bias on DOGE in the middle of a press conference at the EPA.

Here’s the moment when @epaleezeldin called out The New York Times for claiming that Zeldin had no evidence of waste, fraud, abuse in the last admin.

The claim that there is no evidence that OJ killed Nicole is more credible than making a claim like that, but there you go. They will say anything to slander the Trump administration, and millions of liberals who are sucking their thumbs in despair that they lost the election choose to believe this crap.

When I talk to liberals I believe to be generally reasonable, they may concede that the media might be a bit slanted, but that is only because Trump is so evil that they have to be. Ordinary Americans are too stupid to figure it out on their own, so they must be force fed lies.

By the way, I have been given the same explanation for why it is OK to exaggerate climate change narratives–Americans won’t act without being lied to, so these lies are white. The media and the elite are pushing noble lies, so it is OK. This is how you defend democracy.

The best we can do is keep chipping away at the credibility of the media, and that requires constant reminders of media failure, such as the Biden coverage, the COVID coverage, the Russian collusion hoax, and all the rest. There will be no magic bullet, no collective “aha!” moment.

We have to win people over one by one.
