Newly obtained satellite imagery reveals what a prominent Iranian opposition group alleges is a long-hidden nuclear weapons development site deep within Iran’s Semnan Province, as reported by Fox News.

The discovery comes as negotiations between the Trump administration and Tehran continue over the future of Iran’s nuclear program.

The satellite photos, exclusively provided to Fox News, show a vast compound allegedly used for nuclear weapons development.

The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), a group opposed to Iran’s ruling regime, claims the site has been active for more than ten years.

The facility, according to NCRI sources, has been disguised as a chemical production company operating under the name Diba Energy Siba.

The Iranian regime internally refers to the location as the “Rainbow Site,” according to NCRI intelligence.

The group reports that the facility spans nearly 2,500 acres and is used primarily for the extraction of tritium—a radioactive isotope used in the production and enhancement of nuclear weapons.

Tritium has little to no civilian or energy-related application, raising further suspicions about Iran’s repeated insistence that its nuclear program is peaceful.

“This is a serious revelation that contradicts Iran’s claims to the international community,” one NCRI source told Fox News.

The timing of the report adds complexity to ongoing talks between the Trump administration and Iranian officials.

When asked about the U.S. stance on Iran maintaining a nuclear enrichment capability short of weaponization, President Donald Trump responded:

“We haven’t made that decision yet. We will, but we haven’t made that decision yet.”

While the intelligence raises red flags, senior members of the Trump administration indicated the negotiations are proceeding steadily. Vice President JD Vance addressed reporters on Tuesday and noted positive developments in the discussions.

“Without prejudging the negotiation, I will say, so far so good,” Vance said. “We’ve been very happy with how the Iranians have responded to some of the points that we’ve made.”

The revelations about the Rainbow Site may pose challenges for U.S. negotiators, especially as they weigh security implications and the trustworthiness of Iran’s commitments.

The site’s concealment, coupled with its alleged weapons-grade activity, is expected to factor into ongoing deliberations in Washington.
