Tom Homan Drops a Truth Bomb on Dems Over ICE Rescuing Children [WATCH]

Border Czar Tom Homan is calling out Democrats and the media for failing to support immigration enforcement operations that rescue exploited children and target public safety threats.

Speaking with Fox News’ Griff Jenkins, Homan expressed frustration over partisan resistance following an ICE-led raid on a marijuana grow facility where 10 juveniles were discovered working illegally, eight of whom were unaccompanied minors.

Griff Jenkins opened the segment by highlighting the troubling reality behind the raid.

“But Tom, it strikes me unbelievable that the Democrats are not on board,” Jenkins said.

“When you look at this raid, these are—there were 10 juveniles that were legally brought across the border. You and I covered this under the Biden administration. I was down in Texas. We encountered an 8, 10, and 12-year-old, coming across with just a name, address, and phone number on their necks, the cartel ruthlessly sending them across. And yet, now we know that 10 of them, eight of which were unaccompanied minors working illegally in a marijuana farm, and your agents go in and rescue them, essentially. And yet there is violent resistance to that. Does that upset you?”

Homan did not mince words in response.

“It certainly upsets me. And like I said, you know, the work men and women of ICE are doing is incredible,” Homan said.

“Look, we’re looking for over 300,000 missing children. We’ve already found 10,000. Have you heard that anywhere? No, the media is simply not covered it.”

These are the juveniles found in the marijuana facility – almost all unaccompanied, one as young as 14.

He emphasized that immigration enforcement and child protection are not partisan issues.

“Look, this should be a nonpartisan issue, arresting public safety threats and national security threats. Everybody [should] be on the same page on that, rescuing children. It should be a nonpartisan issue. Everybody should be in lockstep on that, but they’re not.”

Homan placed the blame squarely on the political motives of President Trump’s opponents.

“The media’s line [is] the Democrats are taking. They don’t want President Trump to be successful. I got news for them, we are being successful. Every illegal alien public safety threat we arrest makes this country safer, every national security threat we take off the street and deport makes us safer.”

He also spotlighted the humanitarian impact of ICE’s work, saying, “And we’re rescuing thousands of children. The lives saved every day by ICE, the lives saved every day by Border Patrol, are in the hundreds.”

Homan concluded by questioning the priorities of those opposing enforcement efforts.

“So it’s [the] only thing I think of, Griff—if they hate President Trump more than they love their community. They hate President Trump more than they want, you know, safe communities. There’s just no other excuse why this is not, why this has become a partisan issue. To take public safety threats off the street and [deport them] before.”

The raid, and the subsequent pushback from political opponents and activist groups, has become a flashpoint in the broader immigration debate.

While ICE and Border Patrol continue high-risk operations to rescue trafficked minors and apprehend criminal aliens, the lack of bipartisan acknowledgment, according to Homan, raises serious concerns about the influence of political bias over public safety.

Homan’s remarks follow continued calls for transparency and support for agencies tasked with national security and immigration enforcement, as border operations remain a central issue for the Trump administration.
