Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s official Press Office called President Donald Trump’s Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller a ‘Fascist C*ck,’ according to a post on social media.
The comment came after Miller took to X to criticize Biden-appointed Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong on a ruling that deemed Home Depots, car washes, and other locations where illegal aliens hide as “safe havens” in Los Angeles, blocking Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers from making arrests at those locations. “The ruling has just been issued. A communist judge in LA has ordered ICE to report directly to her and radical left NGOs — not the president. This is another act of insurrection against the United States and its sovereign people,” Miller said in a post to X on Friday.

This led to an X account associated with Newsom‘s office to accuse Miller of an “assault on democracy” by calling him a “fascist cuck,” according to a Friday post to X.
“This fascist cuck in DC continues his assault on democracy and the Constitution, and his attempt to replace the sovereignty of the people with autocracy,” the post said.

The ruling that Miller was criticizing came on Friday when Frimpong, a U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, imposed two temporary restraining orders prohibiting law enforcement from detaining suspected illegal aliens without reasonable suspicion and insisting that those arrested must have access to legal counsel.
