Stephen Miller, President Trump’s White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, accused the Democratic Party of intentionally using mass migration as a political weapon to erode the American middle class, destabilize public institutions, and secure long-term power by importing voters aligned with their agenda.
In a recent appearance on Fox News, Miller issued a sweeping critique of the Democrats’ approach to immigration, warning of both its strategic intent and its violent consequences.
“The left has been trying to shove Marxism, socialism and communism down the throats of the American people for generations now,” Miller said during the segment.
“They ultimately were not able to do this during the Cold War, because the middle class revolted against communism and Marxism and social engineering.”

According to Miller, Democrats have shifted their tactics over the decades to bypass that resistance.
“The left shifted their tactics, the Democratic Party shifted their tactics to use migration as a weapon to break down the middle class and to gain political power and control in this country,” he continued.
“They used migration to destroy our public education system, to destroy our health care system, to destroy wages and working conditions for the middle class of this country, and in effect, to destroy social and community cohesion.”

Miller argued that this breakdown is not accidental but part of a broader strategy to justify further government expansion.
“And then in that Rubble, in that chaos, in that conflict, to then try to articulate the need for ever more government control, ever more government redistribution, ever more government power,” he said.
He further accused the Democratic Party of attempting to “import voters to then support that agenda, to import voters who do not believe in limited government, who do not believe in the US Constitution.”
Beyond migration policy, Miller also condemned what he called a “violent, yes, violent, insurrectionist revolt by the Democrat party against immigration and customs enforcement.”
“You see video after video after video of Democrat shock troops in the streets hurling rocks at ICE officers and border patrol in their vehicles, firing projectiles at them, violently assaulting them, and, yes, opening fire on them,” Miller said.
“Multiple assassination attempts against our brave and heroic ICE and border patrol agents, and barely a word of condemnation from The Democrat Party.”
Miller emphasized that this behavior is fueled by the language used by Democratic officials and activists.
“In fact, the Democrat rhetoric, calling our ICE officers, calling our border patrol Nazis and gestapos and fascists, demanding, as they do, that ICE leave their communities,” he said.
“This nullification is rhetoric, all of which inspires and incites these domestic terror attacks against law enforcement.”
Miller concluded the segment with a stark warning. “So we really are at a hinge point here for the West, a fulcrum point.”

The remarks come amid a series of attacks on federal immigration enforcement officers in recent weeks.
Videos have circulated showing violent confrontations involving projectiles, property damage, and coordinated attempts to disrupt ICE operations in several Democrat-led cities.
Miller’s statements align with the broader position of the Trump administration on immigration and public safety.
His comments highlight the ongoing political battle over federal immigration enforcement, particularly in urban jurisdictions where local officials have declared themselves sanctuary cities and sought to obstruct federal efforts.
As of Tuesday, top Democratic leaders have not publicly responded to Miller’s accusations.
