Tom Homan Reveals More Disturbing Details on Biden’s 300,000 Missing Migrant Kids [WATCH]

Border Czar Tom Homan gave an update Friday on the large number of unaccompanied migrant children that the Biden-Harris administration has reportedly lost track of, during an appearance on Fox News with host Harris Faulkner.

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), which is responsible for the care of unaccompanied minors who arrive in the United States, has come under scrutiny following reports that at least 85,000 children placed into its custody could not be located as of February 2023, according to The New York Times.

Some Trump administration officials believe the actual number could be as high as 300,000.

When asked by Faulkner about a report that only 7,500 of those children had since been accounted for, Homan responded, “Well, the Biden administration, not only did they lose over 300,000, they weren’t looking for them.”

Homan, who now oversees immigration policy in the current administration, said that under President Trump’s direction, locating and ensuring the safety of those children was a priority.

“President Trump committed from day one, on top of the mass deportations, on top of having the most secure border in the history of this nation, he instructed us go find these kids,” Homan said.

“We know some of these kids are in forced labor and sex trafficking and we found some, unfortunately, in those conditions. We found many with their families. But we’re gonna find every one of these children and make sure they are safe.”

On July 10, ICE executed a search warrant at two marijuana farms in California.

At least ten minors were rescued during the operation, and eight of those children were reportedly unaccompanied.

The enforcement action was met with violence, including one individual allegedly firing a handgun at ICE agents.

“We’ll deal with the immigration consequences down the road, but the first priority… is rescuing those that are forced labor and forced trafficking and making sure they’re safe, something the last administration didn’t do,” Homan said.

He criticized the Biden-Harris administration for what he described as a failure to address the true scale of family separation occurring at the southern border.

“They want to talk Trump 45 separating families, you just spoke about a half a million kids coming across the border who were separated from their families and put in the hands of criminal cartels be smuggled into this country,” Homan said.

“That’s where the real family separation happens.”

Homan also referenced the experiences of angel families—those who have lost loved ones to crimes committed by illegal aliens—and said many of those crimes occurred due to lax enforcement under Biden’s immigration policies.

“It also happens to the hundreds of angel moms and dads that I met that buried their children murdered by someone that Joe Biden released into the streets of this country,” Homan added.

Since returning to office in January 2025, President Trump has issued multiple executive orders aimed at tightening immigration enforcement and restoring border security.

Among those actions was the designation of several violent organizations, including Mexican drug cartels, the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA), and the El Salvadoran gang MS-13, as foreign terrorist organizations.

On March 15, President Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to expedite the deportation of criminal gang members from U.S. soil.

As investigations into the whereabouts of the missing children continue, Homan said the administration is determined to ensure their safety and bring accountability to the agencies and officials responsible.
