Mamdani to Provide Free ‘Gender Affirming Care’ to Anyone in Country Who Wants It

Zohran Mamdani is a top member of the Democratic Socialists of America, and according to one of his DSA advisors, he is planning to turn New York City into an alphabet nirvana where anybody in the country who wants “gender-affirming care” can get it for free. 

The city will even provide free room and board for the lot.

That’s Daniel Goulden, a member of NYC DSA’s Steering Committee, speaking on a panel DSA just uploaded from last month’s Socialism 2025 conference.

Goulden worked on Zohran Mamdani’s campaign, helped write the trans policy platform, and says he regularly meets with Zohran and his staff.

“We collaborated with the Zohran Mamdani campaign on his trans rights platform, and what we explicitly wanted to do was use the power of New York City to provide free gender affirming care—and I say free in case insurance companies decide to boot us off—free gender affirming care not just to people in New York City but across the country.”

“DSA has regular meetings with him, let alone his team. His policy director is my friend. I’ve been working with his campaign manager for well over a year.”

This isn’t hypothetical. DSA operatives are openly planning to turn New York City into a national hub for trans healthcare—flying people in, paying for hotels, mailing prescriptions across state lines—and doing it on the taxpayer’s dime.

And it’s not just about healthcare. It’s about power.

“With Zohran, we’re in basically the best possible position to seize state power.”

They’re not hiding it. They’re posting it proudly. The Democratic Socialists of America are building a machine—rooted in radicalism, empowered by city government, and led by a man now poised to run the largest city in America.

Actually, given New York City’s sanctuary policies, one presumes that this offer will apply to anybody who reaches America’s shores. Since Mamdani and company do not recognize any distinction between American citizens and migrants–except that migrants are morally superior to those who have grown up in “white supremacist” culture–the offer must logically apply to the entire world.

You have to admire the fools on the panel maintaining their commitments to masking in 2025. I’m not certain whether it is because they live in fear of COVID or whether they are doing this solely as an homage to their friends in Antifa, but it makes identifying the freaks a bit easier, so I am all for it. 

Daniel Goulden calls trans people and undocumented immigrants the “tip of the spear” in DSA’s political project and Zohran Mamdani’s campaign, he says, proved how “solidarity politics” can unify unlikely voters under that banner.

Americans have yet to grasp just how radical the left is, and therefore don’t fear the movement nearly enough. We have let leftists take over our schools, our universities, our cultural institutions, and parts of our government. It is not an exaggeration to say that public schools and even children’s programs groom children to become radical, and yet millions of American parents merely have a vague sense that their children are being taught to be a bit nicer.

They willingly subsidize their own destruction and the sacrifice of their children to the woke gods. They convince themselves that this movement is so fringe that they can ignore it, not noticing that every major institution in the country is a host to this ideology. 

Conservatives, who are desperately fighting to save America from these dangerous people, are derided as racist, sexist, Islamophobic, transphobic, and, of course, as Nazis. 

Otherwise, good people look away and pretend it isn’t happening. Confronting evil, at least when it comes in the guise of goodness and kindness, is difficult work. Joining the right side exposes you to hatred and ridicule, so people look away instead.
