Roblox Bans YouTuber That Helped Arrest Six Alleged Predators [WATCH]

A YouTuber who has spent the past year assisting law enforcement in arresting online predators has been permanently banned from Roblox, the same platform where he says he was groomed as a child, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

Michael, known online as “Schlep,” is a 22-year-old content creator and survivor of online exploitation. He says his experience on Roblox as a child nearly cost him his life. After recovering, he dedicated himself to preventing other children from going through the same abuse.

Working with a small team, Schlep conducted sting operations that led to the arrests of at least six alleged predators. According to him, some of these individuals openly described themselves as “minor-attracted persons” on the platform.

Schlep says he documented the evidence, submitted detailed reports to Roblox, and even sent physical evidence binders to the company’s headquarters in California.

Instead of collaborating, Roblox issued legal threats, deleted every account he had ever created, and banned him for life.

“This isn’t going to be your typical video. This is a call for help,” Schlep told his YouTube subscribers.

“Roblox is banning me for catching predators. They claim I’m ‘hurting their players.’ Tell that to the kid who emailed me thanking me for getting the guy who groomed him arrested.”

Roblox’s official position is that vigilante predator-catching groups pose a “platform risk” and are “harmful to others.” The company accused Schlep of “engaging in simulated child engagement conversations” and “sharing personally identifiable information.”

Schlep denies the accusations, saying the only personal information he shares is evidence provided to law enforcement.

He also alleges that Roblox ignored credible reports of predators and grooming activity, while games like “Public Bathroom Simulator” and “Dollhouse Roleplay,” which he claims involve disturbing roleplay scenarios with children, remain available with millions of plays.

When Schlep raised his concerns directly to Roblox CEO David Baszucki, including about a predator who was later arrested for child exploitation, he says he was blocked.

“Roblox still allows a community of lollycons and MAPs [Minor-Attracted Persons] to exist on their platform. Yet they take a firmer stance against me than they do against the predators we’ve had arrested.”

His ban also erased his “Malibumer” channel, a family-friendly Roblox theme park series that served as his primary source of income.

Roblox reports more than 85 million daily active users worldwide, with nearly 60% under the age of 16. Around 42% are 12 or younger, and 21% are under the age of nine. In the U.S., Roblox reaches over half of all children under 16 each month.
