Lies, Damned Lies, and Palestinian Propaganda

I woke up this morning and was greeted by a flood of posts from pro-Hamas propaganda outlets claiming that Israel medically tortured a Palestinian prisoner by…treating him and curing his cancer. 

Not that they put it that way, of course. 

The accusation goes like this: during a medical check on his health during a hunger strike, Israeli doctors discovered that Emad Al-Sarraj, a terrorist who was serving a life sentence for murder and attempted murder stemming from an attack. 

He was released as part of the Gaza peace deal and is now appearing on radical Islamist TV shows, claiming that the Israelis lied to him about his prostate cancer and “forced” him to undergo chemotherapy under false pretenses. 

His proof? He is cancer-free now.

Palestinian terrorist released from Israeli prison last week claims that because he’s cancer-free in 2025, Israel must have lied to him and unnecessarily treated him for prostate cancer in 2017. 🤡

The “mistreatment” claims just keep getting more and more ridiculous.

Naturally, Hamas-linked outlets like Al Jazeera and Quds News Network continue to amplify them.

Emad Al-Sarraj, a terrorist in Fatah’s Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, was arrested in Bethlehem in 2004 and was serving a life sentence for terrorism charges, including intentional homicide and attempted murder.

According to @palwatch, he has received ~$350,000 from the PA’s pay-for-slay program.

He was released from prison last week, along with 1,967 other terrorists, in exchange for the release of the last 20 living Israeli hostages held in Gaza.

In the West, we call that “curing cancer,” and consider it a blessing. That’s why we spend billions of dollars a year providing treatment to people in the hope of beating back the cancer, either extending lives or even eliminating the deadly disease.

Granted, no terrorist would ever consider providing treatment to Israelis, so perhaps the Palestinians and their useful idiots really do believe that providing medical treatment to a prisoner could only be explained as a dastardly Jewish plot to inflict pain. After all, inflicting pain on their enemies is exactly what they would do.

Sane people, though, immediately understand that there are a lot easier ways to torture somebody than to provide them chemotherapy. There is no group of individuals it would be easier to torture than terrorists trapped in a prison, and cheaper too. 

Israelis do this all the time, and the thanks they get is more murder and slander, and the antisemites eat it up. The story is spreading like wildfire among the antisemites, being treated as if it is just another in a long line of Israeli outrages.

The New York Times has jumped into the propaganda game again with its own ridiculous claim that Hamas undercounted the death toll in Gaza because the Gaza Health Ministry is too scrupulous in its information sharing.

FFS, man. Give it up. 

They never will. These people thought Mr. FAFO was a serious victim of the civil war, and mourned his death when…Palestinians killed him. He was a martyr, even though his death was part of a tribal war among competing gangs in Gaza. 

This is the level of shameless propaganda to which we are subjected, and yet millions of people buy it because they are as emotionally and mentally incontinent as toddlers.
