‘The FBI Wasn’t Investigating ‘Russian Collusion,’ They Were Creating It’: General Flynn [WATCH]

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn issued a direct challenge to former FBI Director James Comey and took aim at several former intelligence officials during a recent appearance on The Benny Show with host Benny Johnson.

Flynn’s remarks focused on accountability, integrity, and what he described as the need for those who “undermined” the country to come forward and tell the truth.

Flynn, who served as President Donald Trump’s National Security Adviser, addressed Comey directly, urging him to admit his actions and take responsibility for his role in events that Flynn says damaged the nation.

“My shot to James Comey is, James, do the right thing and help save this country, right? If you did something to undermine this country, which it appears that you did. And you know, there’s an abundance of evidence, you know, don’t try to wait it out, because there’s some subversive inside of the Department of Justice in various districts that are going to help you out there, buddy,” Flynn said.

He went on to call on Comey to act with courage and integrity, suggesting that doing so could define how history remembers him.

“You know, do the right thing for the for the future of America, you will then be remembered as somebody who actually did the right thing at the right moment in history. And you took the you took the higher moral high ground to do the right thing and to say the right thing. You know what? Jim, that’s what you need to do instead of, you know, allowing your ego and your arrogance to drive you down into this, into the into the bowels of hell, because that’s where you’re going to end up,” Flynn said.

Flynn’s comments referenced the years-long controversy surrounding the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation, which targeted the Trump campaign and led to Flynn’s own prosecution before being fully exonerated.

Host Benny Johnson followed up by asking Flynn about former FBI counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok, who played a central role in the same investigation.

“And your parting message to Peter Strzok, who put you under the gun and framed you, and now it turns out that he the hunter has become the hunted,” Johnson said.

Flynn responded by directly addressing Strzok and another former FBI official, Joe Pientka, while also implicating former CIA Director John Brennan as a key figure behind the scenes.

“Yeah, Peter Strzok, boy, Peter Strzok and and Joe Pianka. There’s another one that doesn’t get much, much play, but Peter Strzok, you know, he’s a guy that that gave up on his country, on this country, in this beautiful country we call the United States of America, a long time ago, and and I would say his his mentor, or his his officer, his agent, is John Brennan,” Flynn said.

“Peter Strzok, you need, you need to give up on, on John Brennan, because Brennan is Brennan is at the center of everything.”

The FBI wasn’t investigating “Russian collusion.” They were creating it.

Flynn’s comments are part of his ongoing criticism of the intelligence community officials involved in the 2016–2017 investigations surrounding President Trump.

Flynn has repeatedly said that figures like Comey, Strzok, and Brennan misused their authority for political ends and should face accountability for their actions.

The Benny Show segment drew widespread attention across social media, with supporters of Flynn praising his candor and calls for truth. Johnson, who has frequently highlighted cases of political bias within federal institutions, described Flynn’s remarks as a moment of “clarity” about the conduct of intelligence officials during one of the most divisive chapters in recent American politics.
