VP JD Vance Delivers Blunt Warning After Attacks on Wife From Left and Right [WATCH]

Vice President J.D. Vance issued an unusually blunt response to attacks on his wife, Usha Vance, singling out both far-right provocateur Nick Fuentes and MSNBC host Jen Psaki during a wide-ranging interview published Sunday, as reported by the New York Post.

“Let me be clear. Anyone who attacks my wife, whether their name is Jen Psaki or Nick Fuentes, can eat sh*t,” Vance told UnHerd. “That’s my official policy as vice president of the United States.”

The comments followed months of public attacks directed at Usha Vance, the daughter of Indian immigrants, after Vance was selected as President Donald Trump’s running mate during the 2024 campaign.

Fuentes, a 27-year-old white supremacist and Holocaust denier, has repeatedly criticized Vance for his marriage, branding him a “race traitor” and questioning his political authenticity.

“Who is this guy, really? Do we really expect that the guy who has an Indian wife and named their kid Vivek is going to support white identity?” Fuentes said after Vance joined the Republican ticket.

From the opposite end of the political spectrum, Psaki drew criticism for comments she made in October while appearing on the “I’ve Had It” podcast.

Psaki, who served as press secretary under former President Joe Biden, suggested Usha Vance needed to be rescued from her husband.

“I always wonder what’s going on in the mind of [Vance’s] wife. Like, are you OK? Please blink four times. Come over here. We’ll save you,” Psaki said.

In the same UnHerd interview, Vance addressed the broader issue of antisemitism and racial hostility, stating that such views are incompatible with conservatism.

“Antisemitism and all forms of ethnic hatred have no place in the conservative movement,” Vance said.

“Whether you’re attacking somebody because they’re white or because they’re black or because they’re Jewish, I think it’s disgusting.”

The remarks were published just hours after Vance appeared on stage at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest, where he cautioned conservatives against turning on one another through public denunciations.

“President Trump did not build the greatest coalition in politics by running his supporters through endless, self-defeated purity tests,” Vance said during the event. “I didn’t bring a list of conservatives to denounce or to deplatform.”

Vance also referenced the legacy of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, urging attendees not to engage in conduct Kirk himself avoided.

“Let me just say the best way to honor Charlie is that none of us here should be doing something after Charlie’s death that he himself refused to do in life,” Vance said.

The comments were widely interpreted as an indirect rebuke of conservative media infighting, including recent criticism by podcaster Ben Shapiro targeting right-wing figures Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson.

Carlson was recently labeled the 2025 “Antisemite of the Year” by StopAntisemitism following a widely criticized interview with Fuentes.

Vance’s remarks placed both left-wing commentators and fringe right-wing figures on notice, drawing a firm line against attacks on family members while reinforcing his stance against racial and religious hostility across the political spectrum.
