Authorities in central Florida say a man randomly shot and killed three tourists at a rental property near Walt Disney World Resort, an attack the local sheriff described as premeditated and without provocation, as reported by The New York Post.
Osceola County deputies responded to multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired at a rental home on Indian Point Circle in the Indian Hills subdivision of Kissimmee at approximately 12:14 p.m. Saturday, according to Christopher Blackmon.
When deputies arrived, one officer found three men suffering from gunshot wounds lying in the yard of the property and called for additional units, Blackmon said during a press conference.

All three victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

Two of the victims were identified as brothers Robert Lewis Kraft, 70, of Holland, Michigan, and Douglas Joseph Kraft, 68, of Columbus, Ohio.
The third victim was identified as a 68-year-old male friend from Ohio. Authorities said his name would be released after next-of-kin notifications are completed.
Investigators identified the suspect as Ahmad Jihad Bojeh, 29, who lived next door to the rental property. Roughly an hour after the shootings, deputies located Bojeh inside his home and arrested him without incident.
He was charged with three counts of first-degree murder.
“It was cold-blooded, it was premeditated, there was absolutely no issues. There was no conflict between these people. This was just random. And this happened to be the person who lived next door,” Blackmon said.
Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at Bojeh’s residence and recovered two firearms. Authorities said they are working to determine whether either weapon was used in the killings.
Blackmon said the victims were tourists staying at the rental property and had been forced to extend their visit after experiencing car trouble.
One other individual who had been staying at the property left the day before the shooting, the sheriff said. Investigators have not said how long the group had been in the area or what they were doing at the time of the attack.
Kissimmee is a heavily traveled area with numerous short-term rental homes and golf courses, and it sits about a half-hour drive from Walt Disney World Resort.
Blackmon said Bojeh was known to local law enforcement and described him as a “frequent flier to the sheriff’s office.”
Court records obtained by ClickOrlando show Bojeh was arrested in 2021 after firing at a person and at random vehicles in a Kissimmee gas station parking lot, injuring one man.
He was later acquitted of those charges by reason of insanity.
“I can tell you he was a threat to that neighborhood all the time,” Blackmon said.
Investigators said they have not identified a motive for Saturday’s attack.
“As of right now, we have nothing. Just looks like a random, but again, the investigation, you know, it’s ongoing. It’s fresh, it’s new. We’re just a little bit over 24 hours into it, so we’re trying to gather the facts,” Blackmon said.
A judge ordered Bojeh held without bond at the Osceola County Jail, according to jail records. The investigation remains ongoing.
