Anti-ICE Activist From MN Linked To Other Church Disruptions, Including Pete Hegseth’s Congregation [WATCH]

One of the anti-ICE agitators who stormed a Twin Cities church service in Minnesota on Sunday has also been accused by church members in Washington, D.C., of months-long harassment of congregants, including families and children, according to multiple accounts provided to Fox News Digital.

The individual has been identified as William Kelly, who operates on TikTok under the name “DaWokeFarmer,” where he has more than 66,000 followers.

Kelly was among a group of anti-ICE activists who disrupted a Sunday service at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, shouting slogans such as “ICE out” and “Justice for Renee Good” during the service.

Protesters alleged that one of the church’s pastors, David Easterwood, is the acting director of ICE’s St. Paul field office.

Kelly has gained attention online for posting politically charged videos attacking ICE, President Donald Trump, and members of his administration using profanity.

According to a member of Christ Church in Washington, D.C., Kelly has also been a frequent presence outside that congregation, which Secretary of War Pete Hegseth attends.

“William Kelly is a regular outside our church. He screams incredibly vile and gross things at families, at children, at people. He’s called my wife a c*nt, a whore, and a Nazi breeder, all sorts of fun things,” the Christ Church member, who requested anonymity, told Fox News Digital.

The congregant said Kelly’s identity has become widely known among church members after roughly six months of what he described as “social media sleuthing.”

Church members say Kelly was arrested by the United States Secret Service in December after an incident that was captured on video, showing him berating a man as a “Nazi” and demanding to know who he voted for.

In a subsequent video, Kelly said the Secret Service was “moving forward with disorderly conduct charges” against him. The Secret Service did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Members of Christ Church said they want to attend services without disruption and view the repeated vulgar shouting as inappropriate.

“It’s been a good education for my children to understand what type of people use these words,” the anonymous church member said.

“He probably first showed up in September or October; he’s been off and on since then,” the member added. “Since he was arrested by the Secret Service in early December, he’s been on a road trip, out and about.”

Christ Church associate pastor Joe Rigney said he has no doubt the same individual who disrupted the Minnesota service has been involved in protests outside the D.C. church.

“We’ve had regular protests at our D.C. services for the last few months, a combination of paid, professional agitators, as well as people who just show up periodically,” Rigney told Fox News Digital.

“We became aware of William Kelly because, through that, he was one of the regular protestors each week.”

“Kelly stood out because he was one of the more aggressive, angry, vile, profane protesters who would follow people to their car, yell at them, yell at children… profanity-laden attacks on normal church members,” Rigney continued.

“When we saw the video come out of Cities Church in St. Paul, our security team flagged it for me and said, ‘That’s the same guy.’”

Justin Overbaugh, the deputy under secretary of War for Intelligence and Security, also identified Kelly in response to footage from the Minnesota incident.

“Ahhh, I see DaWokeFarmer a.k.a William Scott Kelly, is harassing parishioners in MN. We’ve missed him outside @ChristKirkDC stalking us after service,” Overbaugh wrote on X.

“This has been going on for months. While MPD provides security, they take no action when the mob uses bullhorns to disrupt services, which is in clear violation of the law.”

Kelly’s TikTok account links to a GoFundMe page identifying him as William Kelly, where he has raised more than $40,000.

In the fundraiser description, he wrote, “Road Trip!! Help me travel the Nation scolding the gestapo for their bad decisions! No rest for demons! Our goal is to encourage people to stand up for what’s right across the nation! Stand up For Humanity.”

Protests against ICE have escalated in Minnesota following the fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE agent. The Trump administration said Good attempted to ram the agent with her vehicle, prompting the agent to open fire.

Protesters allege that Pastor David Easterwood also oversees the local ICE field office connected to recent enforcement actions. The Justice Department said it is investigating the church incident.

Kelly addressed the protest in a TikTok video on Monday.

“Yesterday, I went into a church with [activist] Nekima Armstrong, and I protested these White supremacists. The pastor of the church is a f*cking ICE leader in the city. How can you be a f*cking pastor and be a f*cking agent? F*ck ‘em, they wanna come after me? F*ck ‘em,” Kelly said.

“Come and get me, Pam Bondi, you f*cking traitorous b*tches,” he added.

William Kelly is baiting and challenging the DOJ to come get him.

Kelly did not immediately respond to a TikTok direct message requesting comment.
