Conservative commentator Jesse Kelly said the Democratic Party’s political survival depends on taxpayer funding, mass immigration, and election fraud, arguing that without those elements the party would no longer function as a competitive force in American politics.

Kelly made the remarks while discussing recent immigration enforcement activity in Minnesota and protests directed at federal officers, framing those events as part of what he described as a broader political strategy.

“The Democrat Party in this country ceases to exist as a viable political party without taxpayer money, they find a way to swindle it, without the mass importation of foreign barbarians and without election fraud,” Kelly said.

“Without those three things, the Democrat Party becomes not a 50% party, a 20% party, 25, the party has to go away.”

Kelly said he believes those factors explain why Democrats strongly oppose immigration enforcement and support policies that keep large numbers of illegal aliens in the country.

“So when you understand that, you understand why they fight so hard to keep foreign barbarians here,” Kelly said.

“Their entire existence disappears without the mass importation of foreign barbarians, who will be given taxpayer money in various ways, and then we’ll vote for Democrats in various ways.”

Kelly referenced recent ICE operations in Minnesota, saying enforcement actions triggered unrest because they threatened what he described as a core political pipeline.

“So ICE surges into Minneapolis surges into Minnesota,” Kelly said.

“They start scarfing up foreigners. What happens?”

According to Kelly, unrest surrounding those operations reflects a division between what he described as political elites and the activists who carry out confrontations on the ground.

“Here’s what happens elite communists,” Kelly said.

“They want to cause disruptions. They want to cause all kinds of disorder out there, but they’re of course, not going to get their manicured fingers dirty. That’s the elite communists, the street communists. It’s their job to get their fingers dirty.”

Kelly characterized those he described as “street communists” as ideological believers who are often in severe personal circumstances.

“Street communists are generally the true believers,” Kelly said.

“Almost always broken, miserable, pill addicted criminals.”

Kelly pointed to a recent fatal incident in Minnesota as an example of the dangers he associates with confrontations involving federal officers.

“Now the bad part is, and it happened in Minnesota, fighting a war, fighting a revolution, can be hazardous to your health,” Kelly said.

“That woman died. She goes out tries to run over a Federal officer. That’s going to get you killed about 99% of the time. Now she’s gone.”

Kelly warned that those engaging in such actions are expendable to the political cause he described and said they should not expect protection or concern from political leaders or media figures.

“You communist street animals who watch the show and send in death rants, I’m coming for you and all that other stuff,” Kelly said.

“You say that’s whatever. That’s fine, but you should understand that they don’t care about you.”

Kelly said he believes the same pattern would continue, with others being sent into dangerous situations without regard for their lives.

“That woman who was just sent out to die, that revolutionary, you know, they’ll send you tomorrow, and then your daughter the next day, and your son the next day after that,” Kelly said.

He concluded by accusing political and media elites of exploiting activists while remaining untouched by the consequences.

“And the people who are breaking your mind and your soul as you consume it on social media and you read The New York Times, and none of those people will lose a minute of sleep when you die for their cause,” Kelly said.
