The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reportedly conducted a warrant in a Georgia election office in a search tied to the 2020 election.
FBI agents were seen entering the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center, a new facility that officials opened in 2023, Reuters reported, citing Fox News. A law enforcement official familiar with the move confirmed the warrant’s execution to Reuters.

The report follows Fulton County’s acknowledgment in December that roughly 315,000 early-voting ballots in the 2020 presidential contest lacked required poll-worker signatures on tabulation tapes, according to the Federalist (RELATED: JORGE MARTINEZ: Fulton County, Georgia Validates Trump’s 2020 Integrity Claims):
Despite the missing certifications, those ballots were reportedly included in the county’s vote totals and transmitted to the state where they were certified as part of the official results. The Democratic-leaning county, which includes most of Atlanta, voted for President Joe Biden by a significant in the 2020 election, contributing to his victory in Georgia and nationally.
President Donald Trump unsuccessfully challenged the outcome and, earlier this month, asked a state court to award $6.2 million in legal fees he said he incurred defending against election-interference charges brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, Reuters reported.
The FBI’s Atlanta field office confirmed to the Caller that it was carrying out an authorized law enforcement action at the facility’s address. “FBI Atlanta is executing a court authorized law enforcement action at 5600 Campleton Fairburn Rd. Our investigation into this matter is ongoing so there are no details that we can provide at the moment.”
Fulton County election office representatives referred Reuters to the county’s office of external affairs, which did not immediately respond to the outlet’s request for comment.
