Contrary to the Narrative, Illegals in Tennessee Have Been Behaving BADLY

You know, there is this well-worn phrase that gets trotted out the second one objects to the presence of any illegal who has committed a crime in addition to the one of their presence here (that is dismissed as ‘a misdemeanor, if that’). We are told that one bad, or even truly horrific, apple does not indict a generally amiable and remarkably law-abiding barrelful. 

You will immediately recognise this. It’s almost become a chant-the-mantra for advocates.

Debunking the Myth of  Immigrants and Crime

…However, a robust body of research shows that welcoming immigrants into American communities not only does not increase crime, but can actually strengthen public safety. In fact, immigrants — including undocumented immigrants — are less likely to commit crimes than the U.S.-born. This is true at the national, state, county, and neighborhood levels, and for both violent and non-violent crime.

What is conveniently overlooked every time one of these types sanctimoniously intones the memorized line is the fact that had that illegal miscreant not been here at all, as it was meant to be, there would have been no crime at all to discuss.

That’s the crux of the problem.

Not that they supposedly commit fewer crimes than the citizen population, but that they are here in the first place to do so, period.

They have no right to be here, and I do not owe the world my country.

PERIOD

Prior to this week, however, there had never really been any statistical way to separate the homegrown wheat from the illegal chaff in crime data. There were only volumes of horribly sad anecdotal notes from heartbroken Angel parents for their senators and congressional representatives to ignore as they fawn over illegals incarcerated for repeated offenses or waiting to be booted.

Videos of horrific accidents and ghastly consequences because of drunk drivers or illegal truck drivers.

  

Or mayhem and murder on city streets and in quiet neighborhoods. Trafficking humans and missing children by the hundreds of thousands…but.

HOW DARE YOU IMPUGN THE ‘UNDOCUMENTED’ IMMIGRANT COMMUNITY WHEN YOU PEOPLE ARE WORSE?!

Never had definitive numbers to close the argument, did we?

Until now. One state – Tennessee – has released an exhaustive compilation of the numbers and types of crimes committed by the uninvited, ‘undocumented’ members of their population. 

Do remember before you read them that not a single one of these needed to happen had the perpetrator been kept out of the country as they should have been because they are stunning.

In Tennessee alone, last year – ONE YEAR – forty-one people are dead at the hands of illegal aliens.

There is so much more misery documented for the first time in this report. 

The office of the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference has released its annual state immigration report revealing that in 2025, illegal migrants committed 2,183 violent offenses, including 41 homicides, 145 sexual offenses, 11 child rapes, and more.

Republican State Rep. Dan Howell said he was shocked by the report and called the data “really, really bad.”

“These are the criminals liberals want to defend while trying to defund ICE,” he pointed out.

Forty-one Tennesseeans are dead at the hands of illegal immigrants and hundreds raped. This will not be tolerated in this great state and we will do more to keep you safe,” Howell added. (emphasis original)

Unbelievable mayhem and violence perpetrated on residents of the state at the hands of illegal individuals from 119 different countries. 

In a single year.

…The categories of crimes revealed a shocking toll suffered by the state’s citizens at the hands of illegal migrants.

Among the categories of crime, the report includes:

• 2,183 violent offenses
• 41 homicides
• 1,592 assaults
• 145 sexual offenses
• 11 child rapes
• 40 aggravated kidnappings
• 2,920 DUIs
• 5,318 cases of driving without a license or on suspended/or revoked
• 966 Carjackings
• 36 Felony firearms offenses
• 66 Assaults on police or first responders

Peter St Onge is an economist and numbers guy, so his brain went immediately to the extrapolation. Criminal suspects arrested and eventually charged worked out to crimes reported (as St Onge says – even the best states clear less than half their crimes), then figured nationally.

Good Lord.

No. These are not numbers one dismisses as mere inconvenience or statistical burps.

We in the U.S. are perfectly capable of producing our own criminal class, thank you very much.

It’s not a single barrel – it’s proof of the equivalent of a ship’s entire toxic black market cargo unloaded into the country.

These figures have the Left in a bit of a panic. 

When the Majority Leader of the Tennessee House, William Lamberth, released his statement on X, it was immediately flagged for ‘hateful conduct’ by busy little progressive drones.

And for those elected politicians who demonize Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other federal law enforcement, fly to foreign countries to coddle and succor illegal gang members, physically attack detention facility personnel themselves, or call for harm to come to any of these officers in the line of duty…
