Secret Task Force Seized Puerto Rico Voting Machines, Robinson and Byrne Say [WATCH]

Emerald Robinson reported that a covert federal task force led by the U.S. Attorney in Puerto Rico seized voting machines used in recent island elections and transferred them to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence for analysis, a development she described as long-known to national security sources but only now publicly confirmed.

We’ve actually been sitting here on the at the absolute truth on for some time now, but we can now reveal that a secret team led by the United States Attorney in Puerto Rico seized rigged voting machines some time ago that was used in recent elections on the island that had turned and had turned them over to Tulsi Gabbard in a joint investigation at the ODNI the Office of the Director of National Intelligence,” Robinson said.

She said the information was confirmed by Gabbard’s office and involved machines that allegedly contained evidence of voter fraud and manipulation.

Robinson said she had been aware of the matter since early 2025.

“I’ve been aware of this information since the beginning of 2025 beginning of 2025 the voting machines contain evidence of voter fraud and manipulation, according to several national security sources who briefed me on the issue,” she said.

She added that, according to her sources, the machines were preserved and not wiped or reprogrammed by the vendor after elections where problems were widely reported.

She cited official records showing widespread technical failures.

“Of the 4490 polling stations used in the last elections, 3119 that’s equivalent to roughly 70% were unable to transmit results from their respective voting centers, according to the state elections commission,” Robinson said, referencing information obtained through a public records request.

Robinson said the task force was led by U.S. Attorney Steven Muldrow, working with Homeland Security Investigations and the FBI.

She said the machines and related software were voluntarily turned over to ODNI for analysis.

She also addressed criticism from corporate media and Democratic lawmakers questioning Gabbard’s authority, noting that ODNI cited federal law and executive orders establishing its role in election-related intelligence and cyber incident coordination.

Patrick Byrne responded by emphasizing the credibility of the federal officials involved and cautioning against early conclusions.

“Well, what’s key is that these were seized after the 2024, November 5 election, and they did not expect to lose that election,” Byrne said.

He criticized media reporting that narrowed the scope of potential findings.

“They’re the narrow the the media is playing its normal role of trying to minimize everything it can. But I think it’s far too early to conclude what they found or what they didn’t find there,” he said.

Byrne highlighted Muldrow’s background to argue the investigation should not be dismissed as partisan.

“One thing the public should know about him is he’s career DOJ, very highly regarded in the DOJ,” Byrne said, noting that Muldrow was appointed under President Trump and retained under Joe Biden.

“He’s widely regarded. Is not partisan. He’s as straight as an arrow, from what I hear,” Byrne said.

Robinson agreed, saying corporate outlets appeared to avoid naming Muldrow directly.

“They did not mention his name. They just listed his title, which is very unusual,” she said, suggesting his reputation made him difficult to attack.

Byrne echoed that point, saying, “It’s going to be really hard for them to demonize him or tarnish him. He is highly regarded throughout the DOJ and he’s he’s a Biden. Biden left them in and then reappointed him.”

Robinson closed by stressing that the situation remains fluid.

“This is a developing story. It’s breaking and developing,” she said, adding that she was continuing to speak directly with ODNI sources as more details emerge.
