Commentator Isabel Brown outlined what she described as the top 10 congressional traders of 2025, identifying members of Congress who reported the highest personal stock trading profits over the past year.
“At the end of last year, the top 10 congressional traders, the people making the members of Congress, were making the most on their personal stock trades,” Brown said.
She began by naming Representative Gil Cisneros of California.

“Representative Gil Cisneros, who’s from California, he has made 527 stock trades and almost $18,000,000.09,” Brown said.
Brown then pointed to Representative Cleo Fields, a Democrat from Louisiana.
“Representative Cleo fields, a Democrat from Louisiana, made 185 total stock trades to make $20 million this was during one year. By the way, one year period.”
Next on the list was former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat from California.

“Number eight was Nancy Pelosi, Democrat from California, made 12 trades to make $27 million in 12 stock trades in one year.”
Brown identified Senator Dave McCormick, a Republican from Pennsylvania, as seventh on the list.
“Seven Senator Dave McCormick, a Republican from Pennsylvania, 200 trades for about $29 million in a year.”
She continued with Representative Darrell Issa, a Republican from California.
“Six, Representative Darrell, I think it’s Issa. Issa. There you go. Republican from California, one trade worth $30 million in one year.”
Brown then listed Representative Jefferson Shreve, a Republican from Indiana.
“Number five, Representative Jefferson Shreve, Republican from Indiana, 617 trades worth $30 million.”
Representative Josh Gottheimer, a Democrat from New Jersey, followed.
“Number four representative Josh gottheimer, a Democrat from New Jersey. 420 trades for $45,000,000.”
Brown said Representative Ro Khanna, a Democrat from California, ranked third.
“03 rocana, Democrat from California, 3923 trades worth $56 million in one year.”
She named Representative Michael McCaul, a Republican from Texas, as second on the list.
“Number two, Representative Michael McCall, Republican from Texas, 1029 trades worth $75.52 million.”
According to Brown, the top spot went to Senator Richard Blumenthal, a Democrat from Connecticut.
“And number one, any guesses? Any guesses, who made the most money from our team in 2025 for stocks. Senator Richard Blumenthal, Democrat from Connecticut, 406 trades. He made $80 million last year. Eight $0 million in one year.”
Brown then shifted to long-term performance, focusing on Pelosi.
“So great. Okay? And then if you zoom out past just 2025, by far the person who has personally profited the most from insider what we appear to assume is insider trading. Allegedly in Congress is Nancy Pelosi.”
Brown cited Pelosi’s reported return on investment over several decades.
“She has a almost 17,000% return on investment. That is not coincidence. She has beat the market by 581% Ah, let’s see what she’s purchased, stock. It Nancy Pelosi has made a 16,930% return on investment, blasting past 2,300% for the Dow Jones over the same period of 37 years.”
Brown concluded with a personal remark about Pelosi’s age.
“Yeah, it actually really hurts, by the way, when you start thinking about the fact that Nancy Pelosi, I’m not even making this up, was born before the invention of the microwave oven. She was born before Pearl Harbor.”
