Reality television personality Kristin Cavallari is speaking out about what she described as inappropriate behavior from married men on social media, including a pattern she says involves verified users and professional athletes, as reported by Fox News.

During a recent episode of her podcast, “Let’s Be Honest,” Cavallari addressed what she considers warning signs in relationships, particularly when it comes to online interactions.

The 39-year-old said that while following other people on social media may not be a major concern, certain actions can signal a problem.

Here’s What They’re Not Telling You About Your Retirement

“I think in a perfect world, ladies, we would get into a relationship, and our guy would unfollow every random girl that they don’t know,” she said. “But it’s not always going to happen.”

Cavallari added that following attractive women, including models or actresses, “means nothing,” especially if there is no real-world interaction likely.

However, she drew a distinction between that behavior and what she described as a more concerning activity from married men.

“The men we really need to be careful of,” she said, are “the married men who are liking every f—ing story,” while avoiding engagement with regular posts. According to Cavallari, this pattern has become common in her experience.

She said she receives that kind of attention “constantly,” adding that “a lot of them are athletes.”

“They don’t follow me, by the way, either, but they’re verified, and I see a lot of the verified activity,” she said.

“These guys are married. There’s one guy in particular who has his f—ing wife in his profile picture. He likes every single story I post, doesn’t follow me, and doesn’t like my feed post. But I’m like, the only reason you’re doing that is to try to get my attention, and to me, you’re a f—ing scumbag.”

Cavallari also described the behavior as unacceptable, calling those individuals “trash” and saying she wished she could contact the spouse of one individual to share what she described as his activity.

“Anyways, the point is I don’t think if it’s just following—I think it’s OK, girls,” she added. “I think we’re going to be OK.”

Cavallari’s comments come as she continues to host her podcast and remains active in media appearances.

She previously starred in the reality series “Very Cavallari” and first gained national attention as a cast member on “Laguna Beach” in 2004. She later joined “The Hills” in 2006.

The reality star was married to former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler from 2013 to 2020. The couple shares three children: Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and Saylor, 10.

In addition to her podcast, Cavallari recently participated in a reunion tied to the 20th anniversary of the “Laguna Beach” finale, which originally aired in 2006.

The reunion special is scheduled to air on April 10 on Roku and features cast members reflecting on moments from the show and discussing behind-the-scenes experiences.

She also reunited with former castmates during a 2025 podcast tour. Speaking about that experience during a May 2025 appearance on “The Tonight Show,” Cavallari said the dynamic brought back memories of her teenage years.

“When you get your whole high school crew together, everyone gets nervous. Everyone starts drinking. I felt like I was back in high school,” she said. “We get everyone on stage, and the wheels just started falling off.”

Cavallari’s remarks about social media conduct have drawn attention as discussions around online behavior and public figures continue to intersect with personal relationships and public scrutiny.
