Nick Cannon Shocks With KKK Comment, Says Donald Trump is “Cleaning House” [WATCH]

Nick Cannon discussed his views on American politics during a recent episode of his web talk show Big Drive, where he was joined by model Amber Rose, who described herself as a “former liberal” and a supporter of President Donald Trump.

During the conversation, Rose explained her shift in political affiliation, stating, “Democrats don’t care about Black people, and they don’t care about people of color. And the Republicans do.” Cannon responded by agreeing with her assessment.

“I agree with you 100 percent,” Cannon said. “People don’t know that the Democrats are the party of the KKK. People don’t know that the Republicans are the party that freed the slaves.”

Historical context surrounding those claims dates back to the 19th century.

Some members of the Democratic Party in the 1800s were involved in the rise of the Ku Klux Klan following the Civil War, while the Republican Party was founded in the early 1850s by anti-slavery activists.

Cannon told Rose that while some of his views align with the Republican Party under President Trump, he does not identify fully with either major political party.

“Both you and I have some conservative views. You’re just a little bit more outspoken than I am,” Cannon said.

“And honestly, I don’t subscribe to either party. I rock with W. E. B. Du Bois, when he said there’s no such thing as two parties. It’s just one evil party with two different names.”

The discussion also turned to President Trump’s current term. Cannon expressed support for the president’s actions in office.

“Motherf**ker’s cleaning house! He’s doing what he said he was gonna do,” Cannon said.

He also made a comment referencing immigration policy, stating, “We got the Gulf of America now! He’s like the club. He’s charging a $5 million bottle service fee to get into the country.”

Cannon added, “I f**k with Trump.”
