Caitlyn Jenner has requested a court order to gain access to the Apple account of her late friend and former manager, Sophia Hutchins, as part of an ongoing financial dispute involving Hutchins’ estate, as reported by Page Six.

According to a report by TMZ, Jenner filed the request claiming the account contains “work-related information” that her businesses rely on and cannot easily replace. The filing states that without access to the account, Jenner’s operations could face disruptions.

Hutchins’ estate, which is being handled by her mother, Amy Hutchins, has also requested access to the same Apple account.

The estate argued in court filings that the lack of access has caused delays in meeting financial obligations. According to the filing, key matters such as income taxes, inventory accounting, and asset appraisals cannot be completed without retrieving information stored in the account.

Amy Hutchins initially approached Apple to request access but was informed that a court order would be required before any information could be released.

A representative for Jenner, 76, was not immediately available for comment when contacted by Page Six.

Sophia Hutchins died on July 2, 2025, after an ATV crash near Jenner’s condominium in Malibu. She was 29 years old. According to TMZ, Hutchins collided with a moving vehicle, causing her ATV to fall approximately 350 feet down a ravine. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Earlier this month, a creditor’s claim obtained by Page Six showed that Jenner alleges Hutchins owed her $439,095.88 at the time of her death. The claim details various expenses, including cash advances, credit card charges, legal fees, and personal purchases.

According to the filing, Hutchins allegedly accumulated approximately $273,000 in charges across several platforms and retailers, including eBay, Shopify, and 1stdibs. Additional amounts listed include $16,000 in debit card-related debt and roughly $7,000 in cash advances.

The claim also includes more than $133,000 in attorney-related expenses that Jenner says Hutchins was responsible for repaying.

Court documents state that Hutchins had access to business credit cards during her time working with Jenner. However, the arrangement required her to reimburse any charges deemed personal.

Both Jenner and Hutchins’ estate maintain that access to the Apple account is necessary to resolve outstanding financial matters and complete required filings tied to the estate.
