ICE Agent Doxing – New Townhall Video Busts Ally of NE Dem Senate Candidate

There are times in this job I just want to bust somebody in the chops, and a minute ago, reading and listening to this, was…how you say?

ONE OF THOSE TIMES

My peep over at big sister site Townhall, Kyle Olson, just dropped kind of a (and I usually hate this word) bombshell video that catches a scummy twit named Ruark Hotpp bragging to the person recording about only having ‘the one‘ when asked about doxing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

EXCUSE ME, WHUT

A bombshell undercover video obtained by Townhall Media appears to show a close ally of “Independent” U.S. Senate candidate Dan Osborn bragging about his apparent involvement in doxxing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent and implicating someone sharing the name of Osborn’s communications director.

“I don’t have any bulls**t ICE agents that have been doxxed; I only have the one,” Ruark Hotopp says in a video dated May 2026.

That ‘one’ agent is the agent who fired the fatal shot as Renee Good attempted to flee on that icy street in Minneapolis.

This is gobsmacking stuff. [NSFW language]

HOW did this Hotopp character have access to an ICE agent’s personal information?

As Kyle explains in his article, besides being a federal employee, Hotopp is a union goon and, at the time, ICE agents were part of their union. Hotopp mentions in the video that that’s no longer the case.

…Hotopp is National Vice President of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) union for District 8, according to the union’s website. He was hired in 2013 by the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), an agency responsible for processing immigration applications.

The McCollister fellow Hotopp mentions telling about his interactions with the agent while at this Dan Osborn event, and who Hotpp says is very interested in the agent’s personal details, matches the last name of Dan Osborn’s campaign communications director, Dan McCollister (who, for the record, denied any involvement in releasing the agent’s details).

Dan Osborn is an independent candidate for the U.S. Senate, one of whose tired tropes is ‘taking on’ the billionaire money of the sitting U.S. senator.

His Wiki bio reads just like you’d think it would if his campaign was interested in scoring points by doxing ICE agents.

Daniel L. Osborn is a U.S. Navy veteran, industrial mechanic, former labor union leader, and independent politician from Nebraska. Osborn served in the Nebraska Army National Guard before working at Kellogg’s Omaha plant.

And as far as ‘independent,’ I guess whatever, but if you want to send him money, his campaign pages are full of links for ActBlue and a neutral pay service (ANEDOT) popular with NGOs, churches, and reportedly Republicans. I have never heard of them, but I’ve been out of campaigns for a long time. If they’re so neutral and he’s independent, it makes you wonder why the ActBlue link, no?

But the Osborn campaign links thicken beyond Hotopp (the union goon), and a fellow whose name is similar to the employee of a Senate candidate.

They didn’t just bump into each other for the first time this past May.

…The identity of the agent involved in the incident, Jonathan Ross, was first reported January 8. Campaign finance records show McCollister was on the Osborn campaign payroll at the time.

It does not appear Hotopp has an official position with the Osborn campaign, though Hotopp spoke at Osborn’s campaign launch event while wearing an “Osborn For Senate” shirt, as seen in a photo published by the Omaha World-Herald and a video of the announcement.

In December, AFGE endorsed Osborn.

“As a Nebraskan and lifelong federal employee, I am proud to say that AFGE gives its full and complete endorsement to Dan Osborn for election to the United States Senate,” Hotopp said in a news release.

So weird. Inquiring minds want to know, and I’ll bet more minds than just ours.

A union official who works with DHS and sits in the same union as ICE agents bragging about doxxing one of them is beyond the pale. These agents already face serious threats. Name him shame him and demand consequences. Protect the people who enforce the law. No more of this.

Particularly in light of what happened in late January of this year.

In case you hadn’t heard, one of the ICE stalkers released the identities and personal information of 4,500 DHS, ICE, and Border Patrol agents and employees.

‘ICE List’ doxxing site alleges DHS whistleblower leaked identities of 4,500 agents

The founder of a website that publishes the names of ICE and Border Patrol agents said a Department of Homeland Security whistleblower provided personal information for thousands of federal agents and employees, the National News Desk reported.

Dominick Skinner, who runs ICE List, told the Daily Beast that a DHS employee shared information on about 4,500 people, including roughly 2,000 frontline immigration enforcement agents and about 2,500 employees in support roles. Skinner, who lives in the Netherlands and is not a U.S. citizen, said the disclosure followed the fatal shooting of Renee Good during an immigration enforcement incident in Minneapolis.

‘Whistleblower,’ my avoirdupois.

These are scary times to be law enforcement and even more so in particular segments of the job. One never knows if the threat is on the street or being lobbed into your front yard because some crusading cretin wants to be a martyr or some posturing goon wants brownie points.

This smirking subversive progressive underground is replete with malignant pustules who need to be lanced and cauterized.

I hope whoever’s job it is at the Department of Justice to track down, snatch up, and prosecute these boils on the asterisks of society pulls every last one of these malcontent co-conspirators in.

And if they did this?

Go after them hard.

We don’t have to live like this, and the folks who put their lives on the line enforcing the laws of this country should never have to live with it.

Editor’s Note: ICE and CBP continue to put themselves in harm’s way in order to protect America’s sovereignty and to keep our streets safe.
