Generous partners in the firearms industry help keep organizations going. Our friends over at the Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation recently announced a new partnership. Radian Weapons, a firearms manufacturing company, recently sponsored the Foundation.

The Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Oregon, is proud to announce its latest partnership with Radian Weapons. Known for its dedication to firearm safety education, the Foundation has reached over 30,000 children across nine states since its founding in 2016.

As part of this partnership, Radian Weapons has generously donated five Radian Ramjets and one Raptor charging handle. These premium components will be integrated into the Foundation’s Kids Firearm Safety 1 classes, further enriching the training experience provided to children around the country led by our instructors.

“We are excited to announce our latest sponsorship from Radian Weapons,” said Derek LeBlanc, President of the Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation. “We look forward to representing this iconic, Oregon based company. With their help, we will continue our mission to save lives and make firearm safety accessible to all.”

Radian “is a leading manufacturer of innovative firearms, components, and accessories.” They say that they’re “committed to precision and quality,” and that they support “efforts that promote responsible firearm use and education.”

Ryan Johnson of Radian Weapons expressed the company’s commitment to the initiative.

“Radian Weapons is proud to support the efforts of the Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation, an Oregon based nonprofit organization,” said Ryan Johnson of Radian Weapons. “Teaching the youth in our communities the fundamentals of safe firearm handling and correct operation is an incredibly important endeavor.”

“Even as a nonprofit, Kids S.A.F.E. is providing this training for free, and Radian Weapons is proud to help keep it that way,” Johnson further stated. “Thank you to Derek and all the volunteers who donated their time to this critical mission. ZERO firearm accidents is the only acceptable goal!!®”

We’ve chronicled the growth, anniversaries, triumphs, and sponsorships of the Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation over the years. The Foundation has brought their education and training to nine states and one of their shining moments was adapting to teach a blind child how to safely handle and shoot a firearm. LeBlanc is truly committed to seeing the organization succeed, and beyond that, that they meet their stated goal of no firearm accidents.

The Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation’s Kids Firearm Safety 1 class equips children with lifesaving skills, focusing on proper firearm handling, safety principles, and respect for firearms. The Foundation’s commitment to empowering families with education continues to set a benchmark in firearm safety.

The Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children through firearm safety education. Since 2016, the Foundation has reached over 30,000 children in nine states, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to prevent accidents and save lives.

Grassroots organizations that are dedicated to protecting and serving our children are paramount in the 21st Century. In a time when everything boils down to partisan and identity politics, having 2A centered apolitical education and training for our youth is so important. Thankfully we have organizations like Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation and their generous partners like Radian Weapons.
