Donald Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, made bold predictions during a Fox News segment with Jesse Watters about President Joe Biden’s plans to issue a sweeping series of pardons.
Habba suggested that Biden will pardon himself, his family members, and political associates, including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as well as other figures implicated in controversies.
During the discussion, Watters questioned whether Biden grappled with the idea of pardoning his son, Hunter Biden, amid ongoing legal troubles.

“You heard Binder say that Joe Biden, was he wrestling with this pardon? Do you believe there was a lot of wrestling with the idea of pardoning your son?” Watters asked.
Habba dismissed the notion, asserting that Biden’s decisions were premeditated. “No, and I guarantee you, and you can quote me on this,” she replied. “I’ll come on your show when it happens. He’s going to pardon himself. He’s going to pardon his family, shifty shift Nancy Pelosi, and anybody else who had their hands in the cookie jar. I do not doubt it.”
Habba argued that the recent leaks about potential pardons merely confirm suspicions many Americans already had. “So all we’re hearing is leaks of something we already knew. They lied to us during the election. The American people saw through it, and now here we are, pardon after pardon will be handed out, and I assure you of that,” she said.
Habba warned of significant public reaction once the full scope of Biden’s pardons is revealed. “Listen, KJP [White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre] is admitting it. More are to come, but it’s going to be rocking the nation when we see who it is that he pardons,” she predicted.

The discussion follows reports of Joe Biden considering pardons for individuals close to his administration and family.
Critics argue that such actions would undermine public trust in the justice system, while supporters maintain that the legal mechanism of pardons is constitutional and within the president’s authority.
As the topic gains traction, conservative commentators have pointed to what they describe as a pattern of dishonesty within the Biden-Harris administration, especially during the 2020 election.
Habba’s remarks add to the growing speculation about how Biden may use his pardon powers as his term progresses.
The potential political and public fallout remains uncertain, but Habba’s predictions underscore the heated debate surrounding accountability, transparency, and the use of executive clemency.
