In a Denver suburb, a trio of masked gunmen were captured on camera executing a brazen robbery, highlighting the escalating crime issues in areas grappling with migrant gang activities.
The incident, which took place early Thursday morning, involved the theft of a motorcycle from an open garage at a residential home in Commerce City, as detailed by local law enforcement.
Surveillance footage released by the Commerce City Police shows three individuals, masked and hooded, arriving at the property in a dark-colored, older-model Ford pickup with a silver stripe.

Two of the suspects, armed with a handgun and an AR-style rifle, were seen using flashlights to scope the garage before absconding with the motorcycle.
The local police, deeply concerned by the severity of the crime, commented on the incident, highlighting the potential for even more dangerous outcomes. “We always take property crime seriously… but when you bring an AR-style rifle to a home burglary/motor vehicle theft, we can’t help but wonder how much worse this could have been and how dangerous you really are,” police expressed in a statement that was reportedly removed later, according to KDVR.
When I say we are being invaded, it’s not an overstatement.

This theft occurs against a backdrop of increasing unrest in the nearby city of Aurora, where Venezuelan migrant gangs, specifically the Tren de Aragua, have been blamed for a series of violent incidents.
In July, this gang was implicated in a shooting in a Target parking lot which led to a chaotic demonstration involving Venezuelan migrants.
@100packsavyy The Venezuelans tryna take over Colorado. And yes they almost ran us over in the first video #colorado #fyp #venezuela #aurora #viral #foryoupage #crazy ♬ original sound – Hood Favorite
The situation escalated to the extent that local businesses, including Target, were forced to shut early due to safety concerns.
The violence and public disturbances have had a significant impact on local residents. A couple, Cindy and Edward Romero, described their harrowing experience living in an apartment complex taken over by armed gangs.
In an interview with Fox 31, they recounted a recent shootout that left one person severely injured and several vehicles damaged. “It’s been a nightmare, and I can’t wait to get out of here,” Cindy Romero stated, explaining the extreme security measures they’ve had to implement at home.
Article 4 of the Colorado Constitution grants @jaredpolis the authority to call up the militia and put down an invasion, but Jared is a scumbag who chooses to pretend that’s not happening, while property rights are violated and citizens of Aurora live in fear. https://t.co/eX6TZ4ye6c

Local officials have been vocal about the challenges posed by these gangs. Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman described the situation as a symptom of broader federal policy failures, particularly criticizing the Biden administration’s handling of border security and immigration. “I think we’re a victim of a failed policy at the southern border,” Mayor Coffman told FOX News, adding that the city’s efforts to manage the crisis have been hampered by inadequate federal support and coordination.

The ongoing situation in Aurora and Commerce City illustrates the complex interplay between local crime, migration, and federal policy, leaving communities searching for effective solutions to restore safety and order.
Meanwhile, Colorado’s governor Jared Polis is saying ‘migrant gangs taking over Aurora was a figment of your imagination,’ and flip flopping ‘on live TV over Harris ‘supporting’ southern border wall.’
Remember when the Gov of Colorado said migrant gangs taking over Aurora was a figment of your imagination?
Well Homeland Security confirmed the video of armed people taking over an apartment building are Venezualan gang members.

Two days ago, Colorado Democrat Gov. Jared Polis dismissed armed Venezuelan gang members taking over apartment complexes in Aurora as figments of our “imagination.”
Now he says that he is taking the situation “seriously.”

The city found out 5 weeks ago that violent gangs were taking over complexes in Aurora Colorado and they did nothing because of how it would look politically.
This councilwoman says if this is not stopped it will start to spread.
