“Redistricting” doesn’t automatically scream “summer blockbuster potential.” Don’t dismiss the concept just yet. Newsom is threatening to overhaul California’s districts, should Republicans go through with their redistricting plans in Texas. Newsom’s scheme will face pushback from California Republicans, including former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
