Biden Aides on KJP: ‘Everyone Thinks This Is a Grift’

So say the grifters that tried to get another four years in power by pretending Joe Biden was Sharp As a Tack. I mean, point taken about the Karine Jean-Pierre and grifting, but come on, man.

Of course, Jean-Pierre acted as Chief Propagandist for Sharp As Tack and Cheap Fakes narratives. Are the other grifters worried that KJP will spill the beans on everyone else? Or just miffed because she got there first?

Inquiring minds want to know:

Karine Jean-Pierre’s announcement that she’s leaving the Democratic Party — timed with the rollout of a new book — has detonated long-simmering grievances among her former White House colleagues about Jean-Pierre’s pursuit of celebrity and personal media exposure while serving as then-President Joe Biden’s press secretary.

The attention-grabbing ploy lit up Democratic and Biden alumni texting groups and reignited frustrations that burned for years about Jean-Pierre, according to seven former Biden administration officials granted anonymity to describe private conversations.

One former official recalled that Jean-Pierre had joked about becoming an independent even while on the job in the Biden White House, an off-key comment for someone ostensibly serving as a major messenger for the Democratic Party. Another former official said that Jean-Pierre had begun working during the Biden administration with a New York-based publicist and had copied that person on official emails before some of Jean-Pierre’s White House colleagues intervened.

“Everyone thinks this is a grift,” the first former official said of Jean-Pierre’s book project.

Gee, it didn’t take long for the conspirators around Joe Biden to start running to Politico about KJP’s new book. I wonder why that might be? It’s not just because Jean-Pierre decided to change her party affiliation, one can be reasonably sure. Any time a co-conspirator starts to suggest that they will start singing in public, it puts the entire racketeering enterprise at risk. 

The joke here, of course, is that KJP was always the weakest part of the White House, except Joe Biden himself. Jean-Pierre was not just lousy at the job; she was aggressively bad at it. Jean-Pierre was also aggressively dishonest at it, even in a position where a high level of water-carrying is expected as part of the job. Her sneering condescension at reporters asking questions, especially on the occasions where they asked about Joe Biden’s cognitive capacity, made her disgust at accountability for the answers palpable. 

And that makes this part of the PR for the book an absolute knee-slapper:

The first Black woman and openly gay White House press secretary says that Americans need to save the country by “freeing ourselves of boxes.”

Additionally, she highlights the “importance of dismantling the torrent of disinformation and misinformation.”

I’m sure that Typhoid Mary also had some thoughts on health care and food preparation back in the day, too. Jean-Pierre is only an expert on “the torrent of disinformation and misinformation” because she worked in disseminating so much of it. From the beginning of her tenure to the very end, Jean-Pierre fronted the propaganda that Biden “ran rings around aides half his age,” and was in full control of the presidency at all times, perhaps one of the greatest frauds against democracy in American history. And KJP was fully on board for Biden II: Dementia Boogaloo as well. 

This also makes the claim in Politico somewhat suspect, however. Jean-Pierre was rather notoriously lousy at her job, so why would the White House bother to keep her in position if she was backstabbing the staff and feathering her nest while on the job? Perhaps they were afraid that kicking her out would have forced Jean-Pierre to blow the whistle earlier, but at least they could then tell their complicit co-conspirators in the Protecion Racket Media that her claims were just sour grapes. 

Jean-Pierre’s participation in the fraud makes her renunciation now another point of humor. She’s only leaving the party because she’s no longer benefiting from it. She had all four years of the Biden presidency to stand up and speak out about the fraud around her. She could have easily distanced herself from the “boxes” of her position and platform and shown some semblance of courage and integrity. Not only did Jean-Pierre stick around to the very last moment of the Biden presidency, she actually took a second position with Biden as “senior advisor to the president” in October of last year in addition to her role as Press Secretary. 

Just like everyone around her in the Biden White House, Jean-Pierre is a grifter — including her co-conspirators speaking anonymously to point that out. She may not have been the Queen of the Grifters — that would be Dr. Jill Biden — but she was at least a Duchess of Deception. And “independent” she most certainly was not.

Just like with Original Sin, I won’t spend money on the gaslighting that Independent will offer. However, I will suggest a more accurate subtitle.
