Byron Donalds Destroys Screaming Liberal Protester in Viral Florida Showdown [WATCH]

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), who recently launched his 2026 campaign for governor of Florida, was confronted by a protester during a demonstration in Florida.

The incident, which was captured on video, involved a heated exchange between the Congressman and a woman who aggressively questioned his stance on LGBTQ+ issues, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

Donalds, a staunch conservative and ally of President Donald Trump, has been active in engaging directly with constituents across the state since announcing his candidacy in February.

During one of his public appearances this week, a protester approached him and began an intense verbal confrontation.

The woman, who identified herself as someone who had been in Washington, D.C. for “trans state visibility,” demanded that Donalds support LGBTQ+ youth and accused him of being part of an “insane attack” on transgender children.

“I would like you, as a member of Congress, to rise up and support LGBTQ+ youth and stop this fu**ing insane attack on our children who know who they are.”

Donalds responded calmly, saying, “Number one,” before being interrupted.

The woman continued:

“Number one, no. Of course you’re not because you’re a fascist. You’re a race traitor. You are a fascist.”

The Congressman attempted to respond but was repeatedly interrupted by shouting and insults.

“I asked you a question. I said, I don’t agree. And then you start yelling at me. You call me a fascist. You call me a race traitor and you want me to agree with you? What are you talking about, ma’am? I’m a constitutionalist.”

Amid cross-talk and further yelling from the woman, Donalds reiterated:

“I’m a constitutionalist. I believe in freedom and liberty for everybody. I believe in the U.S. Constitution. I believe in everybody’s rights. But if I don’t agree… Hold on. I don’t agree with you, then all of a sudden, I’m a fascist. That’s what’s wrong. If all you want do is scream and curse when I don’t agree with you, I’m sorry, ma’am, you are now in the 20% of America.”

The exchange continued as the woman told Donalds, “You will never get my vote, and you don’t live here.”

Donalds responded:

“I’m going to be your governor. Trust me.”

The woman shot back, “No, you’re not.”

Donalds replied, “Oh, yes, I am.”

Rep. Donalds officially entered the 2026 Florida gubernatorial race earlier this year. “We’re going to continue being the freest state and the best state moving forward,” he said during his campaign announcement.
