Calgary, Alberta Held an Independence Round Up Yesterday

I think it was just a week or so ago, I told you how the Alberta, Canada independence petition drive, which organizers thought was going to be a slog like any petition signature gathering always is, was instead turning out to be the ‘can’t miss’ event of the winter.

People in the towns scheduled for petition signings were lining up hours ahead of time, by the thousands – often in the frozen and dangerous early morning Canadian darkness – to ensure they had their place locked on to sign the petition.

The response had been so overwhelming at every single stop, be it big city Calgary, the capital at Edmonton, or the tiniest villages like Red Deer, that those running the petition drive were now confident they would meet the required numbers – 178,000 – to submit it months ahead of schedule.

WE ARE WINNING

…The numbers have suddenly gone so berserk so fast that normally moribund petition signature projections, which initially guided the schedule the separation groups were working on, have been thrown out. They are being fast-tracked into the ‘next step’ planning stages months ahead of time, thanks to the tremendous and overwhelming response.

They are absolutely jubilant at the response from their fellow Albertans.

So what better time than when everyone is joined at the hip in a cause and excited to plan a big petition-signing rally party to keep spirits up.

The RSVPs, when they floated that idea, so overwhelmed the space they had tentatively booked for the rally that they had to find a bigger spot fast.

The BMO Centre could only accommodate 5,000 people.

The Alberta Independence Indoor Rally has moved to the Big Four Roadhouse, now able to host over 7,500.

Yesterday, too, remember, reviled Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced a pseudo-climbdown from his previous free-trade agreement with China. That deal had angered Donald Trump, and Carney’s ham-handed sucking up to Xi Jinping Pooh had nearly cost his country a suddem 100% tariff slap.

Albertans are over Mark Carney and the liberal government in Ottawa dictating globalist terms to the state that keeps Canada afloat.

And yesterday, as Carney groveled for forgiveness, a good number of them decided they were going to that Independence Party.

Holy smokes, did they pack the corral, lining up well before the 7 p.m. event started.

BREAKING: Lines have begun forming in Calgary, Alberta, to demand that Alberta SECEDES from Canada.

The local channel said they had 650 people in line before 11:00.

Naturally, conservatives can’t have an evening out together without cranky pants and ill-mannered protesters being outside, making noise, and stomping their feet.

…But not all in attendance were in favour of Alberta independence.

“I’d like to be part of Canada. I don’t want to have that taken away from me,” said Michael Hartley, draped in the nation’s flag.

“And so I’m here letting people know it’s okay to choose to stay,” he said.

And when the vile children are ignored, the enjoyment of the conservative just becomes too much for their feral brains to handle and they act out. Canadian loons are no different than ours.

Someone pulled the fire alarm in a venue packed with thousands of people.

The reaction they got, though, was probably not what they’d hoped for.

The independence movement has proven they’ve got momentum, but there are still many people to convince if they’re going to do this breakaway successfully.

And we’ve been there, in that ignorant, deplorable box they now find themselves in.

You would think the stay-types would be a little more circumspect, sneering at the great unwashed hordes they so despise.

After all, stranger, more impossible things have happened in flyover country. Trump winning twice springs to mind.

This is so fun to watch.
