Musician Cardi B drew attention this week after comments she made during the opening night of her Little Miss Drama Tour in Palm Desert, California, went viral online, as reported by Fox News.

During her performance Wednesday, the rapper scanned the audience and asked if there were any Guatemalans or Mexicans in attendance. She then made remarks about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that prompted cheers from the crowd.

She warned, “B—-, If ICE comes in here, we gon’ jump they a—-.”

She followed up by adding, “I’ve got some bear mace in the back! They ain’t taking my fans, b—-.”

Video clips of the comments circulated widely on social media, drawing reaction from federal officials.

While ICE did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment, the Department of Homeland Security’s official account on X addressed the remarks directly.

“As long as she doesn’t drug and rob our agents, we’ll consider that an improvement over her past behavior,” the DHS account wrote.

The comment appeared to reference a previously circulated video in which Cardi B discussed her past conduct while working as a stripper.

“I had to go strip, I had to go, ‘Oh yeah, you want to f*ck me?,’” she yelled in the past video.

“‘Yeah, yeah, yeah, let’s go back to this hotel.’ And I drugged [men] up, and I robbed them. That’s what I used to do.”

Cardi B’s comments about ICE come amid an ongoing national debate over immigration enforcement policies.

In recent weeks, the musician also spoke publicly about her visit to Saudi Arabia, praising aspects of the country. She noted multiple times that Saudi Arabia is bright and clean.

She said she was initially hesitant to visit because of “restrictions on, like, women and gays and everything,” but added that the country has opened up more since then.

She also contrasted her experience abroad with her views on conditions in the United States, particularly regarding public spaces.

“America just got no courtesy. We ghetto. We just dusty. I’m sorry to say,” she said. “And I’m an American myself, honey, but goddamn. And this country is so clean. I haven’t even seen a bum. I don’t think there’s bums here.”

The remarks sparked reaction online, with critics pointing to the contrast between her comments about Saudi Arabia and her statements encouraging resistance to ICE agents at her concert.

The Little Miss Drama Tour continues following its kickoff in Palm Desert. Federal officials have not indicated whether any further action will be taken in response to her statements.
