House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer issued a flurry of subpoenas targeting the Clintons and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Comer issued additional deposition subpoenas, including to Bill and Hillary Clinton — just two of several individuals House investigators are seeking to question in the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell probe, according to the committee’s Tuesday statement.

The House Oversight Committee is compelling the following individuals to appear for depositions through issued subpoenas:

Bipartisan members of the Federal Law Enforcement Subcommittee approved by voice vote a motion introduced by Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry, directing the chairman to subpoena the Clintons as well as a range of officials from the Obama, Biden and Trump administrations.

Among those subpoenaed are former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Directors James Comey and Robert S. Mueller III.

Also in the committee’s crosshairs are former Attorney Generals (AG) Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, William Barr, Jeff Sessions and Alberto Gonzales. Each of the letters detailed the purpose of the investigation and specified the roles of the individuals in relation to their potential knowledge about the Epstein probe.

“While the Department undertakes efforts to uncover and publicly disclose additional information related to Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell’s cases, it is imperative that Congress conduct oversight of the federal government’s enforcement of sex trafficking laws generally and specifically its handling of the investigation and prosecution of Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell,” Comer wrote in the letters.

“The Committee may use the results of this investigation to inform legislative solutions to improve federal efforts to combat sex trafficking and reform the use of non-prosecution agreements and/or plea agreements in sex-crime investigations,” he continued. The subcommittee further approved several amended motions including one from Democrat Pennsylvania Rep. Summer Lee, directing the chairman to subpoena the DOJ for records related to the Epstein case.

Another from Republican Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs called for the release of all communications between former President Joe Biden or his administration and the DOJ concerning Epstein.

The Deep State is very nervous right now. Hillary and Bill Clinton will be receiving subpoenas to testify on the Epstein files.
