I know the old vegetable – or at least the people who change his diapers – has been on a pardoning tear today. I mean, fixin’ to eclipse every presidential pardon number ever.

At this rate, Biden is going to release every Democrat criminal currently in jail or being prosecuted.

Joe Biden has given an executive grant of clemency to Shanlin Jim.

Shanlin Jin was arrested in January 2021. He pled guilty to possessing 47,000 child p0rnography images.

…During Jin’s trial in Texas, an FBI special agent testified that his family was “connected to influential members of the Communist party in China”, according to court records. 

Local police investigators reported that an IP address associated with Jin’s residence was involved in sharing child p0rnography through a peer-to-peer network, including a video depicting the s3xual assault of an infant by an adult male.  

Upon entering his home, they discovered child p0rnography displayed on Jin’s computer, which contained videos involving “babies and toddlers”.

The only thing mitigating this somewhat is it appears to half of a prisoner exchange with China.

This is why Jin Shanlin, Ji Chaoqun & Xu Yanjun sentences have been commuted.

It’s another prisoner exchange!!

Coming back to the U.S. is Mark Swidan, Kai Li and John Leung.

Swidan was convicted of drug trafficking in 2019.

POTATUS also commuted the sentence of another grifter ‘public servant’ he probably relates to. This one also abused children, but more in the ‘sold them into prison servitude for kickbacks’ category.

Former Luzerne County Judge Michael T. Conahan, who gained notoriety for wrongfully imprisoning juveniles in the Kids-for-Cash scandal, is one of nearly 1,500 inmates whose sentences President Joe Biden commuted Thursday as his term in office comes to a close.

Conahan, 72, was convicted along with former judge Mark A. Ciavarella Jr., 74, of funneling juvenile defendants to two private, for-profit detention centers in exchange for $2.1 million in kickbacks.

Conahan pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy charges and was sentenced in 2011 to 17½ years in prison. However, he petitioned the courts for a “compassionate release” during the COVID-19 pandemic, writing that he was “in grave danger of not only contracting the virus, but of dying from the virus.”

He was released to home confinement in Florida under federal supervision in June 2020.

Considering he should have been forced to take his chances in jail for what he did to those children, I don’t see where he needed any more breaks.

…According to Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., Biden had lost whatever credibility he had left when he pardoned his son. 

“Every president at the end of their term has that same kind of act. Where’s the bar live?” asked Rep. Morgan Luttrell, R-Texas. “Nobody knows. I haven’t gone deep into the waters to see exactly who he’s touching. But it’s the United States, hey?”

The president revealed Thursday he had commuted jail sentences for nearly 1,500 people and granted 39 pardons for nonviolent offenders. 

“Does that tell you how corrupt he thinks this administration has been?” Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga., wondered.

…while you know Democrats, particularly progressives, only want more.

…Congressional Progressive Caucus Chair Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., expressed an appetite for even more similar actions from Biden, saying Thursday, “We’re still hoping he will offer clemency to the people who are on death row. We’re still looking for the next list of people.”

Rep. Dan Goldman, D-N.Y., said he supported Biden using his pardon power, though he hasn’t looked through all the people affected. He explained it is “important to use that pardon power and clemency to even out our system and to evolve with our system as we move forward.”

Yeah. “Evolve with the system.”

Moving forward seems like a step backward if the next rumored and unconfirmed clemency is true. 

I haven’t been able to authenticate it yet through American media, but I follow several people who are concerned and watching.
