DNC Member Demands Audit of Kamala’s Campaign: ‘Overnight Millionaires’ [WATCH]
A storm is brewing within the Democratic Party, and it centers around Kamala Harris’ campaign finances.
Last week, Lindy Li, a prominent Democrat donor and member of the Democratic National Committee’s finance committee, publicly demanded an investigation into what she describes as a gross misuse of campaign funds, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.
Li didn’t hold back. She accused the Harris campaign of turning a blind eye to millions of dollars vanishing into thin air, with consultants and insiders becoming overnight millionaires.

“There’s a lot of conflict of interest here,” Li said, calling for a thorough audit.
“We need a careful accounting, probably more granular than the FEC report would offer.”
The former finance committee member explained that without such transparency, both voters and donors would lose faith in the Democratic Party.
Her frustrations reflect deeper concerns among grassroots donors, many of whom contributed $10 or $25, believing their hard-earned money would fuel a campaign dedicated to real issues—not line the pockets of well-connected insiders.
According to Li, the missing funds raise serious questions about how campaigns are managed at the top. She pointed out that the millions spent were supposed to target battleground states, focusing on pressing economic concerns like inflation and “bread-and-butter” issues affecting everyday Americans.
Instead, she alleges, that money ended up enriching consultants with ties to the campaign.
“There is no reason why consultants became overnight millionaires through the campaign. There’s no justification for that,” Li stated emphatically.
She linked these financial missteps to broader problems within the Democratic Party, even drawing parallels to the financial struggles left behind by the Obama campaign in 2012.
Li also noted how Hillary Clinton blamed her campaign’s initial financial disadvantage on the debt left by the Obama administration. Now, she worries the Democratic Party might be setting itself up for another cycle of broken trust with voters and donors alike.

Even James Carville, the legendary Democrat strategist, has thrown his weight behind the call for an audit. Carville’s alignment with Li on this issue underscores the seriousness of the allegations.

Both voices agree: unless the party addresses these financial discrepancies, it will face significant hurdles in fundraising moving forward.
For the countless small donors who believed in Harris’ campaign, this news is nothing short of betrayal. These are the people who chipped in modest amounts because they wanted to support a vision, not pad the wallets of wealthy consultants.
Yet their contributions appear to have been squandered in what Li describes as “friends taking care of other friends.”
The fallout could extend beyond Harris herself, creating a trust deficit for the entire Democratic Party. Without transparency and accountability, it’s hard to see how the party regains its footing with its base.
