The Department of Education has introduced a new public portal designed to combat Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in publicly funded K-12 schools.
The move follows the administration’s recent efforts to dismantle DEI programs across federally funded institutions.
In a press release, the department announced the launch of EndDEI.Ed.Gov, a platform where parents, students, teachers, and community members can report instances of race- or sex-based discrimination occurring in schools.

“The secure portal allows parents to provide an email address, the name of the student’s school or school district, and details of the concerning practices,” the statement explained.
“The Department of Education will use submissions as a guide to identify potential areas for investigation.”
The initiative has been met with strong support from parental rights organizations, including Moms for Liberty.
Tiffany Justice, co-founder of the group, praised the portal as a critical tool in holding schools accountable for pushing political agendas instead of focusing on education.

“For years, parents have been begging schools to focus on teaching their kids practical skills like reading, writing, and math, instead of pushing critical theory, rogue sex education, and divisive ideologies—but their concerns have been brushed off, mocked, or shut down entirely,” Justice said.
“Parents, now is the time that you share the receipts of the betrayal that has happened in our public schools.”
Justice added that the webpage underscores President Trump’s commitment to putting power back in the hands of parents when it comes to their children’s education.

It’s hard to take Reid seriously with that hair.

The portal launch follows the Department of Education’s ultimatum last month, which directed all federally funded educational institutions to eliminate DEI programs within 14 days or risk losing federal funding.
The order cited Supreme Court precedent, stating that schools cannot legally treat students differently based on race for broad goals like diversity, social justice, or equity.
“The law is clear: treating students differently on the basis of race to achieve nebulous goals such as diversity, racial balancing, social justice, or equity is illegal under controlling Supreme Court precedent,” the department stated.
“All students are entitled to a school environment free from discrimination. The Department is committed to ensuring those principles are a reality.”
Meanwhile, Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, is awaiting Senate confirmation.
While she has not yet been formally installed in the role, her confirmation vote is expected to take place this week and is likely to pass by a comfortable margin.
McMahon has expressed strong support for dismantling the Washington education bureaucracy and returning authority to individual states.
“President Trump believes that the bureaucracy in Washington should be abolished so that we can return education to the states, where it belongs,” McMahon wrote in a letter to Senate Democrats who have opposed her nomination.
“I wholeheartedly support and agree with this mission.”
“The Department of Education was set up in 1980 — and since that time, we have spent almost almost a trillion dollars and we have watched our performance scores continue to go down,” says Education Secretary-designate Linda McMahon.

With the administration’s latest moves, the federal government is taking a firm stance against DEI programs in schools, signaling a significant shift in education policy.
The newly launched portal provides an avenue for parents and community members to voice concerns and report violations, reinforcing Trump’s broader efforts to eliminate race-based policies in public education.
