Elon Tells Daily Caller Efficient Government May Be Harder Than Colonizing Mars

Colonizing Mars would be harder than making the government more efficient, Elon Musk said Thursday in response to a question by Daily Caller White House Correspondent Reagan Reese.

Though admitting it was a “tough call,” Musk conceded that making human beings a multi-planetary species would be more difficult than streamlining the government.

“We do expect to achieve over time the trillion dollars in savings, but we can’t do it in a few months,” Musk conceded.
