Elon Tells Rogan About the Evil Democrat Media Propaganda Machine Trying to Destroy Him [WATCH]

Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head Elon Musk voiced serious concerns about media portrayals and government waste in a recent interview on The Joe Rogan Experience.

Musk, who has spearheaded massive federal spending cuts since taking office under President Donald Trump, argued that the mainstream media is targeting him in ways that could incite violence.

“At this point, I think I’m at the top of the list for a lot of homicidal maniacs,” Musk said.

“They’re doing the same thing to me that they did to Trump, which is that they’re making it sound like if you kill me, you’re a hero.”

Musk, who was once widely praised in liberal circles, noted the dramatic shift in his public image over the past two years.

“I’m the same person that I was a year ago. Nothing’s changed really. Like I didn’t suddenly become a completely different human. But if you read the sort of legacy mainstream media, their propaganda stream is that I am a completely different human,” Musk said.

“And let’s say like two years ago, I was like a hero of the left. So how can I go from hero to villain at age 53 suddenly?”

The criticism against Musk intensified after his chainsaw-wielding appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference, a gesture meant to symbolize bureaucratic dismantling.

The media also linked him to mass layoffs in the federal workforce, which have been part of DOGE’s aggressive campaign to eliminate wasteful government spending.

Since President Trump took office on Jan. 20, DOGE has cut more than 200,000 federal jobs across multiple agencies.

The Internal Revenue Service in Denver, Colorado, saw between 120 and 150 probationary employees let go, while the Federal Aviation Administration lost approximately 300 employees.

These cuts are part of a broader initiative aimed at reducing inefficiency in government spending, which, according to DOGE’s website, has saved taxpayers an estimated $65 billion so far.

Beyond spending cuts, Musk believes the backlash against him is tied to his efforts to stop fraudulent government entitlements from going to illegal immigrants.

He told Rogan that the Democratic Party is determined to destroy him in order to protect these programs, which he argues are a major factor in drawing illegal immigrants into the country.

“If I were to say like, what’s at the heart of the sort of—like, why is the Democrat propaganda machine so fired up to destroy me? … The main reason is that entitlements fraud—that includes like Social Security, Disability, Medicaid—entitlements fraud for illegal aliens is what is serving as a gigantic magnetic force to pull people in from all around the world and keep them here,” Musk said.

He further explained that the promise of government benefits creates a powerful incentive for illegal immigrants to stay in the country.

“Like basically if you pay people at a standard of living that is above 90% of Earth, then you have a very powerful incentive for 90% of Earth to come here and to stay here,” he said. “But if you end the illegal alien fraud, then you turn off that magnet and they leave and they stop coming and the ones that are here, many of them will simply leave. And if that happens they will lose a massive number of Democratic voters.”

Musk also pointed to the issue of noncitizen voting, specifically mentioning New York City.

In 2022, the New York City Council passed a law allowing approximately 800,000 noncitizens with green cards or work permits to vote in municipal elections.

Though a judge initially blocked the law, it is currently being appealed in New York’s highest court.

Similar noncitizen voting measures exist in cities like San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Burlington, Vermont.

Vice President JD Vance has also raised concerns about fraud within Social Security and Medicare, which he claims is tied to illegal immigrants receiving benefits.

“Before we start talking about doing anything to the benefits for Americans who have earned them, let’s deal with the illegal alien fraud in our Social Security and Medicare system,” Vance said.

“I think that costs us a lot of money.”

Musk has warned that the Democratic Party will take further steps to solidify power if given the chance, specifically by legalizing illegal immigrants to ensure a permanent voter base.

In an interview with Daily Caller News Foundation co-founder Tucker Carlson on Oct. 8, Musk predicted that another four years of Democratic leadership would result in the elimination of battleground states.

“My prediction is if there’s another four years of a [Democrat] administration, they will legalize so many illegals that are there that the next election there won’t be any swing-states,” Musk said.

“And we’ll be a single party country just like California is a single party state. It’s a super majority Dem state in California.”

With Musk at the helm of DOGE and federal spending cuts continuing under the Trump administration, the debate over government waste, immigration policy, and media bias is far from over.
