Verdict: False

There is no evidence to support the claim.

Fact Check:

John Roberts, chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, rebuked President Donald Trump after Trump called for the impeachment of U.S. Judge James Boasberg in a recent TRUTH Social post, according to USA Today. Roberts said calling for a judge’s impeachment is “not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” the outlet reported.

The TikTok video claims a new law allows women to retire at age 52 and receive a monthly pension of $4,850. “BREAKING NEWS: AFTER WORKING FOR 30 YEARS, WOMEN CAN NOW RETIRE AT 52 WITH AFULL [sic] PENSION OF $4,850 A MONTH,” text superimposed on the video reads.

According to the video’s unnamed narrator, the purported new U.S. law allows women to retire at age 52, provided they have worked for 30 years, and the monthly $4,850 pension applies to all women, regardless of their profession. The narrator does not appear to cite a source to support the video’s claim.

The claim is false. There is no reference to the purported law included in a list of Trump’s executive orders. Likewise, Trump has not commented on the purported law via his personal or government X accounts, his TRUTH Social account, or his verified social media accounts.

In addition, the purported law does not appear in a list of bill texts recently received by Congress, a list of bills to be considered on the House Floor, or a list of bills connected to the 119th Congress appearing on the Senate’s website. (RELATED: Video Claims JD Vance Was Divorced Twice)

Check Your Fact also found no credible news reports to support the claim. Actually, the opposite is true. On March 17, Lead Stories debunked the claim.

Check Your Fact has contacted the White House for comment.
