Social media users are claiming that celebrities, such as Scarlett Johansson, put out an anti-Kanye West video. They appear with shirts that have middle fingers and the Star of David.

This claim is false. No media outlets have reported that any such video is genuine. In fact, at least one celebrity featured in the video, Johansson, has called it out as misinformation, according to Variety.

“I am a Jewish woman who has no tolerance for antisemitism or hate speech of any kind. But I also firmly believe that the potential for hate speech multiplied by AI is a far greater threat than any one person who takes accountability for it. We must call out the misuse of AI, no matter its messaging, or we risk losing a hold on reality,” Johannson said in a statement, according to Variety.

The video is AI and was “released by Ori Bejerano, an Israeli generative AI entrepreneur,” according to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.
