A video shared on X claims to show former Polish Prime Minister Maeteuz Moraweicki using his Wikipedia page to identify himself.

It seems that Morawiecki was asking for directions.

Social media users are claiming that Morawiecki was attempting to convince the National Guard to let him into the Washington D.C> Trump rally by using his Wikipedia page. (RELATED: Yes, Trump’s Ear Was Struck By A Bullet)

“DC: Mateusz Morawiecki, former prime minister of Poland, stands outside DC Trump rally at Capital One Arena, attempting to convince National Guard of who he is by showing them his Wikipedia page,” reads one user’s post.

It appears, though, that Morawiecki was asking for directions, not to be let into a rally. Polish commentators, such as Monika Pawlowska, disputed the claim.

She tweeted that “thirdly, Morawiecki, when he found his way, went normally where he was going – fourthly, in the film, we can hear many times how Prime Minister Morawiecki uses words indicating direction, etc. with his interlocutors. There is no word that he wants to go somewhere because he is the prime minister, and there is no Wikipedia at all.”

Former Morawiecki spokesman Piotr Müller pushed back against this claim in a January 20 tweet.
