Voters in Wisconsin who cast ballots for President Donald Trump in the 2024 election expressed their satisfaction with the administration in a Tuesday MSNBC segment, believing he is following through on his campaign pledges.
In a segment featured on “Chris Jansing Reports,” voters in Waukesha, Wisconsin, told NBC News correspondent Shaquille Brewster that they appreciate Trump’s actions, though they also expressed some concerns.

“[I’m] feeling very good. He’s doing what he said he was going to do,” one male voter told Brewster. “And change is happening very quickly.”
A second male voter said he supported Trump’s actions, but was concerned about tariffs the president has levied on Canada and Mexico.
“I feel great and cautious. I think he’s doing a great job delivering what he said. We’re moving at light speed. But there are some things that I’m also concerned about too,” he told Brewster. “I’m concerned about the tariffs that just kicked in today and how that’s going to affect me.”
A third male voter told Brewster he was uncertain regarding how he feels about the Trump administration so far.
“It’s hard to pinpoint if I’m fully happy with everything that’s going on, because I think it’s going to take some time to see what actually goes through and what what actually is,” he said. “Some of it seemed like a lot more posturing than actual getting things done.” (RELATED: ‘Two Thumbs Up’: CNN’s Harry Enten Says ‘Americans Are In Love’ With Trump’s Transition Moves)
Pollster Frank Luntz said Wednesday that “paycheck-to-paycheck voters” are supportive of the Trump administration as it strives to solve critical issues that resonate with them, but are concerned about whether the president is sufficiently prioritizing lowering costs.
“They are really happy that people who should not be here are being asked to leave, that they’re really happy the Washington’s being held responsible and accountable for wasteful Washington spending, that they want to see the government be more efficient, more effective and more accountable,” Luntz said when NewsNation host Leland Vittert asked what he was hearing from these voters. “The only criticism that they have is they don’t want the president to take his eye off the ball when it comes to how much their day to day life costs them.”
A CBS News poll published Feb. 9 found that 70% of voters believed Trump was keeping his campaign promises, which included securing the border and cutting government waste.
