A road rage incident in Washington state took a dangerous turn when a passenger in a pickup truck fired multiple fireworks at another vehicle, according to dashcam footage recorded by the victim.
The incident occurred on February 2, when a woman driving in Kitsap County recorded a four-door Dodge pickup truck following closely behind her before accelerating and pulling ahead, according to a report from KABC.
Once in front of her vehicle, a passenger in the truck began shooting what appeared to be Roman Candle-style fireworks in her direction, the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.

The video footage shows approximately seven bright white fireworks launching from the truck’s dark cab.
The sparks bounced off the road and illuminated the windshield of the woman’s car as she tried to evade the attack.
At one point, the driver attempted to escape by shifting lanes to the other side of the pickup, but the fireworks continued to stream from the truck’s window.
The truck eventually drove off after the woman pulled into a parking lot, according to authorities.
The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident and has asked for the public’s assistance in identifying the pickup truck and its owner.
