Former Dem Insider Reveals Who Was ‘Running the Show’ After Biden’s Debate Debacle [WATCH]

A new claim has emerged regarding who was running the White House following President Joe Biden’s widely criticized performance in the June CNN debate.

According to former Democratic National Committee (DNC) member Lindy Li, it was Hunter Biden who “commandeered” the administration’s operations in the aftermath of the event.

Li made the allegation during an appearance on The Shawn Ryan Show on Thursday, stating that the president’s son took control of key decision-making processes despite having no official role or security clearance.

“After the [CNN] debate, Hunter basically commandeered the White House. He sat in on all of the White House top-level meetings,” Li said.

“We had a former cocaine addict sitting in on the most sensitive meetings of the most consequential and important government in world history. Does that sit right with you?”

She further claimed that Hunter Biden acted as a gatekeeper, controlling what information reached the president.

“Without security clearance mind you. That’s who was basically running the show. So, Hunter basically battened down the hatches after the debate to make sure his father would only receive intel he pre-approved,” Li stated.

Li, a longtime Democratic operative, had previously been a vocal supporter of Biden’s presidency.

However, following the election, she distanced herself from the party, particularly criticizing the massive financial backing behind Vice President Kamala Harris.

While her claims remain unverified, they raise questions about the inner workings of the Biden-Harris administration, particularly in the critical period following the debate.

The event, which was widely seen as a disaster for Biden, intensified concerns about his cognitive abilities and led to speculation about who was making key decisions in the White House.

Li also spoke about the state of the Democratic Party, describing it as being in turmoil.

She suggested that Harris was an unpopular choice for a future presidential run, noting that her potential bid for California governor would put her in direct competition with current Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis, a longtime Democratic ally.

Ryan, the show’s host, commented that Harris would likely win if she ran for governor.

However, Li pointed out that there had been a shift in sentiment among Hollywood’s elite, particularly in the wake of the wildfires that have ravaged parts of the state.

“There had been a complete mood shift across Hollywood,” she noted, indicating that even prominent liberals were questioning the current direction of the Democratic Party.

Meanwhile, as debates continue over who was really in control at the end of Biden’s presidency, Democrats have been vocal in their criticism of Elon Musk’s role in overseeing government finances.

Musk, appointed by President Donald Trump as part of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has faced opposition from Democrats who argue that unelected officials should not have such oversight.

Musk, however, has pointed out the irony in the attacks, noting that DOGE operates under the authority of the president, while unelected bureaucrats in agencies like USAID appear to be challenging Trump’s ability to oversee his own executive branch.

The controversy surrounding who was actually running the White House in the final months of Biden’s presidency continues to raise questions, particularly in light of allegations that Hunter Biden played a direct role in high-level decision-making.

As scrutiny over the administration’s transparency grows, further revelations could shed light on the true extent of his influence.
